Staff members were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and patient. I just passed my BSC with the MSF, and I needed to pick up some gear. Though I had done research before I got to the store in order to narrow things down, I still like to get in-person opinions from those with more experience. I was picking up a helmet this time, and the person I worked with helped me to determine my size amongst different helmet brands, the type of experience I might have given the kind of riding I was looking to do, and presented options that could be sent to my home or to the store that weren't on the store's shelf when I walked in. I also wear glasses and am somewhat claustrophobic, so we factored those in as well. I really felt like everyone I met with has your best interest and safety at heart with where you're at in your riding journey. They even offered to help set up the helmet attachments when it arrived in the store before I took it home. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend CycleGear in Roswell to anyone looking to get safe riding gear and advice. I will definitely be visiting this store again.

I love cycle gear and my new riding shoes. My issue was that the sites sizing chart listed women's US size 8/8.5 as being a dainese 41. This is a men's 8.5 so the were two sizes too big. I had to reorder and return which made me temporarily come out of pocket $130 and I couldn't wear them to a group ride I wanted to. Love cycle gear, if the sizes for listings advertised as women's shoes could be updated, I would've given all 5 stars! Misty from customer service was also extremely helpful And the shoes themselves are so cute.
Worst mod I've ever done to a motorcycle in my life. Makes a good highway motorcycle absolutely terrible. I can't believe this thing is actually being sold to unsuspecting riders. The buffeting it creates is astonishing. Unfortunately even though I consider the windscreen defective considering it does exactly the opposite of what it's supposed to do cycle gear will not allow you to return it. They won't allow you to return a product you used. Unfortunately the only way to learn just how defective this pos is it to install it and ride the bike.don't waste your money on this this product.
Delivery was super fast! Super excited to use it on my bike. No issues and really loved that you can use the website to find it specifically for your bike! Cus I didn't know what to look for lol

I came in to get a new visor for my helmet. The service was good, quick, and they showed me how to install it once it came in.
I went in to get a helmet jacket gloves and face mask the help I got was beyond helpful then I went back to order speakers for my bike and they was great with that even called me to let me know when they had arrived
Good price for dixxon flannel. Haven't taken it out of the packaging as it is a gift.

Shopping at CycleGear is always an awesome experience, if you either get help in store or over the phone the associates are so helpful and polite. 100% recommend people to check it out, you won't leave empty handed :) at least I never do 😆
In store didn't have my size and selection. The worker there let me look through the computer and order my desired helmet. Delivered to store 2 days later. Very helpful
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
