Great Experience, As always fast shipping and what i was looking for!

Easy ordering and lots of products. The online catalog is easy to use.

I purchased a fender online, and since the fender is large I decided to have it shipped to a local Cycle Gear for two reasons: 1. Free shipping is always appreciated (even though I had to drive there), and 2. I got to visit the Cycle Gear store and try on gloves and other riding gear that you can't normally try on from other online vendors

The visor works great. Fits very well and was delivered on time.

So far so good. Haven't had a chance yet to test it in real world conditions, but it appears to be well-made with useful features.

I ordered one item on line and it took 2 days. When we did an in store transfer it took 14 days. Frustrated!

Matt at Cycle Gear in Portland, Oregon helped me to find the correct helmet with the correct fit which took him selecting several helmet for me to try until we found the correct fit.

Bought a new helmet from them that was double at the regular price. Not only did I get half off the regular price, I got half off of the discounted price. A very nice helmet I received and got exactly what I ordered.

I ordered a new bike tire during the holiday season. Still received very quick service. And the tire showed up a little before the time they said it would.

Easy to use. Survey is a pain. A few words explained my impression of my dealings with cycle gear. But easy to use was not long enough. Needed 40 more characters to submit.

The case arrived earlier than I expected, but I had expected some packaging inside the box to prevent scuffs and/or damage. The case arrived OK, but personal experience notes that you may have been lucky this time.

The women's Gerbing vest fits well and has the right amount of heat under my riding jacket in 40 degree temps. So far have worn it for three all day rides on level 2 heat and have been toasty warm. Neck is a little too snug for comfort but with a gaiter on and keeping the neck warming portion tucked in, no complaints. Game changer for me riding in cold temps.

It is simple. You select your bike and select your part for the perfect fit.
