Ordered a rear tire. It's not the first time I've ordered through Cycle Gear. I enjoy how easy it is to order and track your shipment. Delivery was was only 2 days!

Had originally bought some Alpinestar Tech 7 boots at local store. After wearing around house for a while realized was more than I needed and returned. Bought the Forma Terra Evo Low after more research. Since not available in store to try I bought online and after trying around house felt they were good to try on bike and they have been perfect balance between protection and comfort.

I was 100 miles from the store that carried my vest but found out they had them in Oxnard, Ca. They didn't have my size but ordered it and it came within three days.

I searched across multiple online stores and ended up choosing Cycle Gear (even over the related compabnies) because I have an RPM membership, reward dollars, and returns are easy-ish at the store.

Cycle Gear did not have my size in stock for a replacement armored motorcycle jacket. Cycle Gear ordered over the internet. Jacket arrived in short order with just exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a set of tires from CycleGear specifically because the sales person told me they could also mount them. When my order arrived at the store, I brought my wheels in to have the tires mounted only to be told that "the machine couldn't mount tires on wheels smaller than 14".

It's good. I ordered it. I paid for it. I got it. It works. Thank you. I am overwhelmed with tasks. I work full time and I am married with 2 cats. It takes all my time. I hope I can squeeze in a motorcycle ride this weekend.

Cycle Gear has a comprehensive assortment of gear. I was looking for new jacket and pants for better protection and waterproof ability in one. I looked at what they had in their local store and got an idea of the right size but I didn't particularly like the choices there. So, I looked online and asked my riding buddies and settled on a Klim Carlsbad set. I was going to buy the close out set until I read about the improvements for 2026. $$$ but worth it. Great gear. They spend a lot of time making sure you can work with the zipper, clasps, etc. with gloves on. Comfortable, functional and well built.

The service at the Springfield Oregon store and speed of delivery were excellent. The helmet is what I expected, but it has a lot of road noise. I am going to get ear plugs. All good

Have bought a number of things from here, most recently a new riding jacket, and have been impressed with the level of service and quality of the products. I've also shopped in-store and had a good experience with helpful staff.

Ordered a phone case online and it shipped too the store for me to pickup. No issues.

Stop using FedEx they are terrible handling goods unless you sent out a box all taped up because of the holes and tears in it.
The goods haven't been put together yet so I hope all parts are there because there were some loose items inside such as nuts, bolts and washers.
None of these carriers are held accountable for the way they damage goods.

I almost retuned these boosts but Jabob at the store explained how to get used to the boots and how long it would take to break them in and he convinced me to keep them. I am glad listed to him.

Very nice quality jacket; however, I expected a 3XL jacket to be longer. This jacket was too short. Otherwise it fit nicely in all other areas.

Auburn Wa Cyc Gear gives you the service a customer expects. Very nice staff that offer alternatives instead of "just a no, refund, bye"

They are very knowledgeable about helmets and gives you the safety confidence every motorcycle rider should have.

Had my daughter who lives with her mom visitsd the store for a full face helmet fitting. Ordered a LS2 helmet and Cardo com set. Not in stock. Helmet arrived in a couple days. Head set took a week. They installed the Cardo for her on pick up at the store. She likes

The customer rep was very knowledgeable, but the helmet is noisier than expected. In fact i will say it is the loudest full face helmet I have had. Nit sure if I need to make some adjustments with the vents. Next time I will just go with my gut.

CycleGear provides a great shopping experience. While not everything you can try before purchasing, they have a flexible return policy that allows you to buy different options and return something that did not work well. Staff is very responsive, responsible, and professional. Recommended!
