I was looking for new tires for my Kawasaki KLR650. This is my 1st dual sport bike. The people at my local CycleGear location were very helpful in showing me different options and helping me pick the right tires for the kid of riding I plan to do. I ordered the tires and they arrived in just a few days. I brought my wheels in and CycleGear mounted and balanced the new tires the same day with no problems. They did a great job and I will shop there again for all my bike needs.

Purchased in Cycle Gear store location with manager. Upon receiving wanted to return but note in my account said could not be returned in store but mailed back. I contacted CG and was told I cannot return a Revzilla purchase in store. I tried to explain but no luck. The manager at CG here in Spokane was awesome. He said if he would of been working he would of accepted the return. 5 star rating

It was time for a new helmet. I've worn Shoei for many years. They fit my head, and I like the quality and features. This time I opted for a modular helmet. I tried on a Neotec 3. Fits perfect! Yes I know it will "break in"
I like that I can change pads for a custom fit. I added a Sena system. The helmet is designed for a Sena. Perfect!

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
