Shopped in store with a very knowledgeable associate. They didn't have my size in stock. Ordered it from their website to be shipped to store. Product was shipped out next day and I had it a few days later.

Ordered a set of Cobra Chromes, delivery was fast, took my wheels in to get them mounted only to be told they do not mount tires on forged wheels, so had a local shop do them. Next set of tires will probably be bought from the local shop as the price is not much different and I they will mount them!

I have been in to the Rogers, AR. Location of Cycle Gear several times and not once have I felt neglected or ignored. Every time I'm in, they are very informative and attentive. They seem genuinely interested in getting me the proper and quality riding gear I need, when I need it.

I was looking for new tires for my Kawasaki KLR650. This is my 1st dual sport bike. The people at my local CycleGear location were very helpful in showing me different options and helping me pick the right tires for the kid of riding I plan to do. I ordered the tires and they arrived in just a few days. I brought my wheels in and CycleGear mounted and balanced the new tires the same day with no problems. They did a great job and I will shop there again for all my bike needs.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
