We stopped by the store to look at helmets. My wife found one but they didn't have a large stock of higher quality helmets. I had to order online and have it shipped. Couldn't get the color i wanted because it was unavailable and settle for my second choice. Staff were awesome.

4 emails with Sena CS on removing the inner sun visor. Can't be done say the emails so I return it to CG and your tech has it off in less than 20 seconds. I kept the helmet but wont touch ANTHING Sena. What a waste of my time. I would like to review it on your site but it looks like you restrict reviews?
Great customer service at the Little Rock store. I wish they had it in stock in the store however since once I received the helmet in my size, I didn't care for the fit and returned it. They made the return process very easy though.
Mirrors fit pretty good on triumph, do note though that the stems of mirrors are short, but still work for a small guy like me. Taller people would have a hard time seeing past shoulders from mirror

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
