Wanting with the intention to just look at helmets and once the employee approached and helped out I knew I was buying new helmet right there! Awesome customer service!

My e-bike is heavy. The smallest clasp provided with the fork sensor should fit the fork suspension tube on my bike. Installed, the fork sensor should pair with my Helite Turtle e-Vest Airbag and trigger deployment at speeds below 20 mph if I am hit or have an accident.

The helmet ended up needing to be exchanged because it was not quite right for my head size

Took me 10 days to get my stuff delivered.store employee said if I ordered it in store I would get it faster.couldnt have been shipped any slower.

Everyone at the store is amazing, they work hard to take care of you. This is the only place I come to get my GT's mounted anymore. Zero reason to go anywhere else.

They were very helpful and polite. And when I did not have the product in stock that I had previously purchased, they helped me in ordering it online to be shipped to my home.

Originally ordered from Amazon and waited for weeks for both the large size container and a small container. Canceled the order and reordered it from you. Same price as Amazon free shipping and was here in a few days. Very very happy. Thank you!

Sorry, I don't recall the name of guy I was talking to but, he was very helpful. I came In looking for a visor but I left with a new shoei rf1400 it looked too good not to buy it. The overall experience was great and laid back I always go to cycle gear when I'm looking for new stuff.

I have been a customer of Cycle Gear both online and in store for about 8 years now and for some reason the email/password combination I have been using no longer works.

Ordered a T handle wrench and the wrench came outside a torn up package with tape all over it.

I was sent a battery that had a defect on the bottom corner which leaked acid. I contacted customer service and was informed where to take the battery for disposal, and was sent out a replacement within a couple days. This battery was in perfect condition. Would recommend

I got a new set of tires and tire mounting service, and as always, the team there was quick, friendly, and helpful. Andrew also provided a nice list of available tires, their pros/cons, and recommended a set that struck a good balance between price and performance (which I purchased).
I'll always come to this Cycle Gear for tire work on my bike, it's the best.
