Abigail is very knowledgeable about motorcycle gear. She was extremely helpful and the reason we bought 3 helmets from her instead of ordering online., She is great!
When I originally placed my order I told the salesman I wanted the optional fit-kit. He told me twice that it was included with the helmet. When it arrived naturally there was no fit kit so another salesman was apologetic and ordered the fit kit that should arrive soon
Order was split and took too long received wrong product. Was questioned at the place I ordered if I ordered from there by the person who took the order. Had to show receipt that he did order product
I sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We ship from multiple warehouses, and if all items in your order are not located in the same facility, they will be shipped separately. This process allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible, rather than delaying shipment by consolidating everything at one location first. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out we’re happy to help.
These are a new model so fingers crossed they will feel as good down the road as they did in the living room. Not in stock when I looked, but there was a button to notify me when they came in and it was only a few days. Ordered them from Cycle Gear which I guess is a brick-and-mortar partner to Revzilla. Customer service reps at Revzilla were able to transfer a loyalty credit to Zillacash where I'll be able to use it... thanks
The Cycle Gear shopping experience was ok.
There were some glitches with the shopping. I checked size large, but the app kept saying that I had selected a small. Eventually I saw that in the cart was the large size item.
When I received the pants, they were definitely marked as a "large", however, when I tried the pants on, I could not fasten them at the waist. Not even close. I normally wear waist size 34".
Thankfully, the Cycle Gear store accepted back and submitted the refund.
The knee armor pockets will need repositioned, but the pants feel sturdy and well-made overall. I have not ridden in them yet, but looking forward to it
It's a slow process to find what gear works for me when storefront do not have stock in my size (smaller end of the women's range). I've consistently had smooth exchange experiences.
CycleGear has many of the off beat items I need as well as reasonable prices for what they sell. It helps that they are only about 10 minutes from my house. I can order on-line and then pick my stuff up without paying for shipping to my house. Best of both worlds.
The Axial base layers "Block" system worked better than expected. I initially bought two items in store and ordered other pieces online. This system allows me to wear less bulky clothing and still warm while out on a cold weather ride.
It is difficult to buy a helmet online, since they don't carry it in the store, but it was easy to return it in store and have them order another size.
Cycle gear is awesome, been feeling with them 20 years. I use these Stockton gloves for tree work and get long levity from them, also for riding
I was told 2 separate times my item was out for delivery; however, it was not delivered. Then I was told it was out for delivery on the third day and it finally arrived. Based on this I would not recommend ordering from cycle gear if you need your item in a timely manner.
I ordered the wrong size boots for my girlfriend for Christmas.
I took them back to the Culver City store and Virginia could not have been more helpful and professional.
I received the correct size boots a few days later and my girlfriend loves them.
This is the second pair of these boots that have come in with a manufacturer defect. Certainly not Cycle Gear's fault.
I'm taking them back to my local store tomorrow.
Chris is great my first time purchasing a helmet went through all the options I ordered one did not like it he helped pick out another one. Outstanding customer service.
Siempre a sido facil comprar con ustedes
As far as local orders go, it went very well. Im local enough to have went in person but out of a vehichle. They got me the gear to keep on riding.
I ordered my products in store and had it shipped to my house. They were very knowledgeable and helped me with sizing in the store. Riding was super easy and it came relatively quickly.
I would have preferred for the boots to stocked items, but we're not; they had to be ordered. They arrived two days ahead of schedule even during the Christmas rush.
Staff was great! There was a little hiccup with mounting of my tires & the company really went above and beyond to make it right
Like an oasis in a desert, CycleGears are great for those traveling by motorcycle. Friendly staff and a decent selection of wares make CycleGear my first choice for motorcycle stuff when on the road.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
