We didn't realize when we ordered a shirt for my grandson that our credit that we got when signing up had already been used in the store. The woman I spoke with got it all worked out, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. My grandson loves his O'Neal jersey that we purchased for him. Went online, ordered what I needed, shipped it to my local store, picked it up when i received the email everything had arrived.
Pretty smooth experience and I like that shipping is free to my local store. It's just that the brands I'm looking for don't always immediately pop up when I type in the part, but if I type the brand name then the part then the exact one populates. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but if I didn't know exactly what I was looking for I wouldn't have readily found it.
The young guys are the store figured out exactly what I needed, ordered it. The part came in they installed it on my helmet for me and ensured my satisfaction!

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
