Took a little bit to weed through what I was looking for. Luckily part numbers were similar enough to get exactly the windshield I needed. Shipping on the other hand was interesting. On-trac has always been an issue where I live. Was happy to receive a text from my neighbor say she had my parcel. Apparently the driver got lost and couldn't speak English to get directions.
Gloves received were nicer than expected. This was especially evident in the fact that they actually fit. Finger length was perfect - never had that before. Now if the temps would ever rise above 65* I could actually ride.
Each salesperson we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Thank you all.
Ordered pants in a size 34 after trying on a 36 in-store. Quad lock mirror mount unavailable in store so ordered via site. Everything arrived as expected and worked great.

The team at Cycle Gear did a great job keeping me in the loop about the product I ordered (Replacement helmet part). When it came in they installed it for me at a no charge. It took less than 5 mins. It was my 5th time at this location (Fontana CA) and I will say it is always a pleasure shopping here and doing business.

Buying the helmet was easy, the delivery kept getting pushed back and wouldn't tell me why but I eventually found it was bc my delivery address was slightly wrong but once it was fixed it was delivered promptly.

I wanted a very specific tire for a specific type of machine (electric unicycle), and while there were but few local options, Cyclegear had the tire delivered in 3 days.
Had what I needed for a reasonable price, with an easy checkout.
Website could work better when it comes to changing from front to rear tire selection. Would be handy to have size conversion info somewhere on the site to translate metric to inches.
