Product was exactly as displayed. The one thing I wish to see in the future, is the product picture kind of deceived me and I thought the back seat cushion was included. I seen it wasn't in the fine print but the main picture on the website should be whats included and then add extras showing additional accesorries, other than that, it was great.

I was impressed with how well Cycle Gear worked with me to find the exact right jacket I wanted. I had found one that I really liked. It was marked down but not in my size and another one could not be found elsewhere. The salesman worked to find me one that was a newer style of the one I originally wanted.

Walked into the store and was help immediately by the lady at the counter. She checked for stock on the part and didn't have it. But then she said she could order it and have it delivered to my house. Very convenient, very fast.

Solid customer service. They were able to install the new Cardo unit into my helmet which saved me the time of doing it myself and potentially messing it up.

My address was typed incorrect by one number so it ended up in another house. I saw the email confirming the delivery and it was wrong. When I realized it, it had been two days so I drove to the address stated in my email. I left a note with my number and thankfully the owner of the house called me back. I did check my account to double check if my address was written wrong by the girl who helped me at cycle gear but she typed it correctly.

Only Cycle Gear could locate a specific make of adv tire for me out of 3 different shops. They obtaine that tire in 4 days & are now mounting it for me.
