Went to store tried on jacket and pants. Purchased the jacket from store but ordered pants online because store didn't have my size. Fits good. The kneepads are I bit low is the only issue but I just pull em up when I sit on the bike and they tend to stay. Good quality though. Dont expect it to fit like leather. It's textile mesh
However, the bar risers didn't fit my r1250r. So I got an authorization to return it yesterday and shipped it back.
I couldn't find the size I wanted nearby so I reached out to cycles gears customer service to help me locate my size. Their response was quick. Once they found my size, they sent me the link to which I quickly ordered the jacket I wanted! It got here a day early and I'm absolutely loving my brand new riding jacket. Went into the store, they helped look up the high tensile strength chain from Vortex in a kit for my Suzuki. We ordered it and it arrived at my house 3 days later. Went on well, already cut to the right length, with the right rivet style link and a nice design rear spocket.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
