It takes some careful reading to learn the Givi Toolbox does not come with the Givi Toolbox Fit Kit for Pan Am. All the pics show the Givi Toolbox, even in a separate pic by itself. It takes some studying to find, "Givi Toolbox not included. I thought the price was a bit good.

I was looking for a specific tire I could not find on line. So I went to the store the salesperson could not find it either. As I was browsing looking for other stuff I spied the tire on the very top of the rack. Nobody knew it was there or even existed. Computers are not as great as people claim!
Finding the right size was really easy! Having multiple options allowed me to choose what I want! Delivery was great Product satisfaction was a 3 star because I have not installed the tires yet.
I ordered the product on a friday, and was told it should arive on the following tuesday. I went to the store to check on the package location on that monday to find out it was on the other side of the country, and wouldn't arrive until later that week on friday. And didn't actually arrive at the store until saturday.
I just need to know that you received the order and the tracking number. I don't need to know that Bob from the warehouse looked at it and Glen from parts will move it to a different bin after the lunch. Simple communication: received, shipped, delivered. Done!

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
