Amazing, Informative, and quick. I came in initially for a BILT Helmet and left with a Sedici Strada 3. Fits my head and glasses perfectly. The guys who helped me were very helpful in finding the helmet that suited my needs and budget. Shout out to Aaron from Reno and Anthony from Santa Rosa. I went to the santa Rosa Location since it's not even a 10 minute drive from my home.
It good the EVS gloves I ordered were way to small even though I measured my hand and everything. Kinda surprised, but the ridding jacket was nice. Got new gloves somewhere else. Thanks for asking!

I wen in to get gloves to find witch hands fit best and within 24 hrs I got the package and I ordered in person on a Friday so they delivered my package 3 days earlier than expected
I can always find what I need and shipping is fast. The RPM membership felt like a cheeky up-sell initially, but it quickly paid itself off is bonus credit and extra fast shipping.
I had an older exo scorpion helmet and upgraded to the R1 air. The differences are easily recognizable and are mostly for the better. My older helmet had two settings for the face air vent instead of just one, but other than that, the R1 is better in every way. It's lighter, fits better (the ability to adjust your fit with he airfit inflatable system will probably become more and more helpful as the helmet breaks in), for now the fit is good as is. It came with two face shields, one clear and another smoke. The pillock was another nice upgrade and it was nice that it came with the helmet instead of having to purchase it separately.

Waited for 2 items, was told days after that 1 wasn't able to be found in stock even though it said they had them. Also since they didn't find my item, the store cash i had that was put towards it didn't get refunded so I lost that and didn't get the tire I needed
Ordering, shipping, and set-up were quick. Took a few minutes to get the unit synced to my phone and I was able to hit the road. I was looking for a replacement to the headphones I was using and this is it. I still use ear plugs for wind noise but I can hear my music perfectly. Pretty happy with my purchase so far.

I ordered a helmet, but then as an afterthought wanted a bluetooth. I called to see if I could have said helmet to the store, but the issue would have been full of red tape and questionable side issues. No worries. I got the helmet, dropped it off at CycleGear, they installed the blue tooth for me, and connected it to my phone. Done deal, happy camper.
My back tire was bald and I ordered a new one and it was shipped to me in two days. Very easy transaction.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.


Occasionally when preparing order we will find our inventory was incorrect and we are unable fill an order and it has to be canceled. You were not charged for the item so no refund was necessary.
