My wife & I visited the store in Wichita Ks. The sales persons that attended to us were courteous & knowledgeable. My check out experience was enjoyable, the sales person went above what was required to make me happy. Because the helmet i wanted wasn't in stock, they ordered it & had it sent to my home, which arrived in just a few days. I returned a few days later to get my wife a jacket. I will return again to get the helmet she wants.
Simple to find what I needed and checkout was a breeze. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. And arrived undamaged.
Everyone and everything was great thanks to all the helpful people
I ordered new alpinestar boots praying they would fit and they arrived in 2 days and sure enough fit great. It took a while to get used to but afterwards they are great and i feel protected at all times
I came in looking for a certain helmet and visor. Man at the front ordered it for me and was very helpful with tips, advice, recommendations, and when I went to pick it up he showed me how to switch visors and properly fitting. Thank you
Air filter was pretty beat up during shipping. Sent in a plastic bag and the oem paper box wasn't a good combination. I was able to snap it back together and use it, but it was a close call.
I'm getting back on the dirtbike for the first time in 45 years. I ordered a full motocross kit from the online store. I got to shop among a wide selection of products. I compared prices and colors and brands, etc... I got a few things on sale. I paid extra to have the gear delivered next day, but only a few things arrived next day. The rest trickled in over 3 more days. All in all it was a great experience and I will likely shop at Cycle Gear again.
Great, they're quick and efficient when it walked in and got my product and installed it for me.
Jay the manager at the Edison location is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If anyone ever needs anything go right in and he will fix it. These shirts and pants for hot weather will help a lot.
The size of stuff (boot) and the stock is not enough for my motorcycle..
Easy to place order, but the delivery date was delayed for my pervious order.
Decent style selection but size options limited to personal fitment. Staff is knowledgeable to provide anecdotal feedback on the brand and usage wear and tear.
I ordered several items in two separate orders. The items that were in stock shipped very quickly. Others that came from the manufacturer took a little longer, but within the expected time frame. Ordering from this site is worry free, even if you're on a tight schedule
Website is easy to navigate. For the most part product descriptions are spot on.
Every time you go into this shop it's good vibes and the staff do whatever they can to move you forward in your motorcycle journey.
Exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock and shipped in amazing time. Overall would absolutely buy another helmet from Cycle Gear.
I was looking to replace my helmet with modular helmet, the helmet was great quality at great price. The fit is perfect, have not tested on the road for noice.
My order was a ship to store. Even though the store was a medium length drive away, it was still nice to be treated like a valuable customer by the manager and staff at the store. And kind of gave me hope that brick and mortar still has a meaning in today's AGE, so thank you Cory and Cycle Gear of Novi.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
