Got the Arrow slip on exhaust for a 2024 Honda CB500F, good price and delivered fast. The exhaust note is amazing, deep sounding and has a few pops when letting off the throttle, nothing obnoxious. I would recommend, it puts a smile on my face to hear my bike now.

Went to store to see if you had a Oxford quick release tank bag in stock. No luck! So the sales rep and i ordered on line while i was in the store to ensure i got the correct holding bracket. Done deal one week later it arrived. I installed over the weekend and happy with the product.

I ordered the same size foot ware that I currently wear. The new purchase was too large and was returned. Return shipping should be free if the item doesn't fit. I will not order on line from them again.

I've shopped in store and online. Both experiences have been great. It's easy to find products on the website and there are a lot of options. Much more than the store I went to had. It was a small shop though in Portland. That being said, the staff at the shop were awesome. The rewards program is great also. I got about $120 off what would have been about $950 worth of gear when I signed up. I also got $45 in store credit a couple days later. The membership goes across 3 different companies as well, providing even more options. I'd say it's worth it.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
