This was a nice addition to my helmet. Sounds so much better than the earbuds. I tried three different type of earbuds. Everything from Apple to beats and they were just fall out of my ear when I'm putting my helmet on. Cardo system with the JBL speakers sounds so good.
I ordered two inner tubes and the rubber bands for the rims and a new front tire the rear inner tube took nine days and had my bike on a lift. Very disappointed with the delivery of the rear inner tube
Ordered tires on Saturday and was briefed that they will arrive Tuesday. Tuesday arrives and was told that they won't be arriving until Thursday for the front tire and Friday the rear tire will arrive. In addition, I was receiving emails about the delivery status, but they confused me because the store location was incorrect. I ordered them to be sent to the lake Forest location but the email was specified it was being delivered to the Fullerton location.

I Bought 2 helmets on May 10th 2025, equaling just under $1100(paid cash). Never wore them, they are still brand new in the original box. I want to return them cause I don't need them right now but the store employees are saying that they don't have money to do my returns... Randy(clerk) at the store in Brookfield, wi, said that he cant return my helmets because its been raining and business has been slow and they have no money to return to me, and that I cant return them because its considered "fraudulent"... The website says "NO HASSLE RETURNS"... so I had to get ahold of someone in corporate to look further into this... so far Brandon and Randy have bad mouthed their co-worker Gavin and said that he is not a knowledgeable employee(Gavin convinced me to buy the 2 helmets). Cycle gear has been a headache to deal with... I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM... they have nothing but excuses to keep my money

Convenience and prices, carries products I'm looking for. Quick delivery, good status updates
I ordered a tire through website on a Saturday the 10th. Tire showed up the following Friday the 16th Dropped rim to have tire installed on. On Thursday the 15th. Was able to pick up Tuesday the 20th. Kind long time to to have a tire mounted and balanced. On something that takes less than 1/2 hour to do.

I placed my order on the weekend with the plan to leave on a trip Thursday. I paid for 2 day shipping, to get my item on time. The order was filled and ready, I received notification for delivery on Wednesday. On Wednesday evening I got notification that my order would be delivered Thursday…. I feel like I didn't get my 20$ worth.

The crew at Daytona Beach, Florida was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I have what I needed and sent to my home since I was visiting from Hawaii. Wished that the Daytona Beach Store was actually located in Honolulu, Hawaii :)
Everything was fine but the shipping. It was supposed to be a 2 day shipping and it definitely was not 2 days. Had to cancel my trip because it arrived late.
What I ordered arrived quickly and got me back to riding in no time.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
