Product was timely shipped and delivered. Also, it was the style that I wanted at an acceptable price.
I visited the store to try on an airbag jacket, but they didn't have them in stock in my size and suggested I order it online and have it delivered to the store. That worked very well; they went through the sizing with me, and then when it arrived again went through the sizing to make sure it fit appropriately. I really appreciated their thoroughness on both sides of the order. And the store itself was bright, clean, inviting and every staff member I spoke to I found cordial and welcoming.
The staff there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. They got me fitted right in my helmet and showed/educated me on all the types of gloves.
Ever since I started identifying as a snake, walking in and out of retail stores has become complicated. I'm happy that I can always count on CycleGear to have my items in stock and delivered ssssuper fast. The only complaint if any would be that they should carry more snake-friendly motorcycle apparel, as traditional arm fabrics are not needed and honestly a liability while riding my snakecycle.

There was no guide to say which pads fit which Alpinestars jackets to go by. The store only had the correct back protector in stock. The others had to be ordered. The associate was very helpful.

I ordered a helmet and I wasn't too sure how should it fit on my head so I asked one of the customer service guy that was working there can you please help me and he explained it to me how the hum it should fit so I had to send that one back and get a smaller size I really appreciate him for taking his time and explaining it to me. I ordered 2 AGV K6S helmets. Look great! Only problem is the pin lock that came with my wife's helmet fit perfect on mine and hers. The one that came with my helmet would not fit mine or hers. Called up customer service and lady had no idea what I was talking about, said she would send me an email to attach pictures, and she would look into it. Never sent the email so couldn't solve the problem. Thanks for no help Misty.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
