I was in the market for a summer riding jacket and tires for my bike. Was able to order both at the store with the help of Kristi. Received items quickly and brought my wheels in for the new tires. At age 56 I bought my first cruiser. I went into the store to them know I was a new rider and needed full gear protection. The staff was very helpful and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They let me try on at least seven or eight helmets, checking the fit, ultimately ordering one that they thought would be a good fit for my head. When I went to back to pick up my helmet, I tried on several jackets. It was there for over two hours. Working through different sizes. They were very patient with me and helped me get the gear that I needed.
Got the visor super quick and bolted right into my helmet, got here in 3 days exactly when the estimated delivery time said

Searched on cycle gear website for jacket. Local store did not have my size in stock so placed an order for me.
They are so comfy, soft and already broken in. Only time will tell how long they last. I ride my bike Mon. - Sat. And my past gloves typically last me a little over a year before they tear or rip. I'm hoping these last just as long.

From the time we walked in we were helped. The young man helped me with the right side of helmet and made sure that it fit correctly and comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. When I went to pick it up the gentleman also was helpful and courteous, helped me out to make sure it felt correctly on. Over all a great experience!
I Love having a local store with the personal service. When all of the motorcycle shops are closed Cycle Gear is usually open.
Usually I can rely on your recommendation. But this time was way off. Doesn't even cover to exhaust port. Tires not protected from sun and weather. Have 200cc scooter with small baggage carrier attached. Cover really is tight short and I have to crawl around on ground on both sides of bike to get securing clips attached. I needed something inexpensive and protective that I could upgrade later. I followed web site recommendation to get a small. I even measured. Will add extensions to tie downs and make do. Fyi I did get my very first cover at your Spokane store. It was some kind of poly stretchy black fiber. My bike survived a huge fire under that cover. It was left covered but not yet garaged (the baggage burned to the ground.). The fire started the day after I left. When I returned a month or so later the cover was filled with ember burns. Only a couple went thru to the seat. The cover never caught fire and neither did the bike. Bike started right up and runs fine. That cover is spendy but I want another one like it when I get to your store. It was a small and fit like a glove! Disappointed in the lesser expensive one that is suppose to be water proof. Will make do. Not dealing with shipping returns. Increases the cost is is time-consuming.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
