Needed brake pads for a newly required custom one off supermoto with mixed brake parts.
Got a new jacket. Ordered a blemished open box. Order arrived in great condition, the blemish was telegraphed to me very well and I knew exactly what to expect when I opened the box. They posted very clear images of where the blemish was on the store page.
Staff was helpful and made sure that I got what I was looking for.
As stated, it is 2 business days. I ordered Friday, got updated that it would be in on Wednesday. Really not worth the 20.00 dollars to rush for same time arrival 1-5 business days. Everything else about shopping, customer service, and products were excellent.
Easy to use, view, and nice set up displaying ratings per item.
I wished there were a more comprehensive description of the item. I'm not sure who should provide that, but it would have been helpful.
I do like to shop at my local CycleGear store, however the stock hasn't been to good so online is the alternative.
All went well. Good prices on what I ordered. Fast delivery. Thanks
I prefer in store shopping because you can talk to someone but CycleGear online has been great
It was easy and helpful to know when to pick it up, the package was done well
Bought through the store and they didn't have the item so was able to buy there and get at my house 2 days later
Very easy to use like always. Either online or in store is always a breeze
Easy to find what I need. Great description of items
FedEx has horrible delivery date fulfillment. Projected delivery date for this order was already a day later than initial projections based on 2day shipping my membership grants. And then it was continuously deferred all weekend until the next business day. When contacting customer service they bent over backwards to promise it would be delivered all weekend but it's all lip service. Very frustrating. Suggest finding a delivery partner that works weekends.
Was quick and easy, got in 2 days. Perfect oem replacement for reasonable price.
Lots of variety and great help. Employee installed my pinlock personally. Reviewed my tire to ensure it would fit
All around cool people there and experienced at ordering the items you need thanks guys at Modesto Cycle Gear
Overall the item is very good. As a Marine, I am disappointed in the appearance of the emblem.
You always have the best deals. No fake sales, trying to trick me into thinking that i'm getting a deal. I never find your sale items for less on your competitors sites. Everyone in the Beaverton store are always amazing. Twice they have mounted a tire for me Immediately upon walk in. That type of service only happens trackside. If you sold bikes I would have bought all of mine from you.
Everyone is very nice and helpful. Easy to order online and pick up in store.
I ordered a drag seat and a universal saddlebag for a swingarm—both on the same day, one in the morning and one later in the day. I was honestly surprised at how quickly both items arrived—just one day, all things considered. I was extremely happy with the speed, especially since my bike was in the shop, and everything came just in time to get it installed before I picked it up. The quality of both items is solid, and I really appreciated how accurate the website was in confirming what fits and what doesn't. Overall, it was a great experience—fast, reliable, and smooth. Definitely shopping here again.
Basically I lost my gloves at school and couldn't find them and so I went to cycle gears website and ordered my gloves
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
