No matter what I've looked for cycle gear has had it from the perfect helmet to the fit on my gloves, and going into the stores have always been amazing. Really nice people and have helped me install my sena's in aswell which saves me so much time.

Sales person at the Azuza store was very helpful. She went above (literally) and beyond to find the rights size helmet and style i was looking for. And when the store did not have the model or style of helmet I wanted, she went on line and found it and had it delivered..
Being a lesbian woman and new to the moto world, all of the guys were so helpful, kind and patient. Saturday my girlfriend and I were in there and Brian the district manager helps us and took the time to throughly explain things. Needless to say our experience has always been great!

I appreciate the employees here. I came in because my gear needed to be updated. The customer rep who helped me listened to what I wanted and needed to make excellent recommendations. No attempt to upsell me. I got everything I needed to stay safe and look good doing it. A couple of weeks out and my helmet, jacket, gloves, and helmet lock are working excellently.

I ordered one helmet but when i went to pick it up, I decided to switch to another helmet. I had previously looked at this helmet, then decided to purchase it instead of the one I ordered. Dylan made it very easy to switch out and pay the difference and helped switch my Sena communication device form my old helmet to my new one.
Great experience. Sometimes shipping takes a bit longer than promised, it never by more than a day.

Without being pushy or salesy, the sales person listened to what I was looking for even though I thought I knew but then through luck that you all didn't have the right size helmet I wanted, I tried something else and then was given valuable information about the helmet I ended up getting and I'm so glad I did. You guys nailed it.
I purchased two new tires for my dirt bike from your store. In the past, tire changes were included with the purchase, but this time I was told it would be $20 per tire—which I accepted. However, I was then informed that installation wouldn't be possible for another three days, as it could only be done after hours. It was clear the staff were reluctant to provide this service, and when I followed up by phone to ask if it could be done over the weekend, I was hung up on. This was disappointing and unprofessional. If Cycle Gear no longer can offer this service, it should be removed entirely. Otherwise, it needs to be significantly improved with proper staffing, availability, and customer courtesy.
Went to Roswell, GA Cycle Gear to buy a new helmet, since the one I bought from them in 2014 has "aged out." Bought from Brent a fine Schuberth helmet and a Cardo bluetooth communicator for the helmet. I'm delighted with the purchases.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
