This windscreen was 4 in taller than the original that came with the tracer 9. It blocks more wind than the original but I think a couple inches taller would be better. I couldn't find one that was any taller so this was everything I expected it to be. May have to add a spoiler to it at some point. The new windshield came in perfect condition and I think makes the bike look a little better. For reference, I am 6'2"
Your email titled "CycleGear Delivery Confirmation - Response Requested (Order ID: *******)" implied that my order was ready for pickup at the store.
It was not.
I drove an hour each way to discover that this email was an attempt to obtain a review, not a delivery notice. The actual delivery to the store didn't happen until 2 days after receipt of this message.
I now must repeat this trip to obtain my order.
Your timing sucks as well as your use of confusing email wording.
How about waiting until I have the order before soliciting a review?
As a long time customer of Revzilla and Cycle Gear, I will factor this experience into future purchasing decisions.

I've been searching for a helmet that fits my 3XL, long-oval head. CycleGear makes it easy to find prospects, and my RPM membership gives me free two-day shipping. That's great, but I ended up returning the helmet because it didn't fit well (too small). I'll be back at CycleGear soon!

I shop cycle gear out of convenience. I would prefer to give my business to an actual physical storefront such as this one where the products are on display and potentially receive actual human interaction customer service but I find often that the selection in store is relatively dim and the customer service often ends up just some high school type guy that happens to have a job working at a retail storefront. They don't particularly have any special insight into motorcycle gear or enthusiasm they're just kind of there. It doesn't surprise me that more and more people are going to online to shop again I wouldn't mind in fact I actually prefer to go to a physical storefront. I don't even mind paying a little bit more because I realize that it costs more to have a physical storefront but when I repeatedly run into a poor selection and a customer service representative with a take it or leave it attitude with no real special knowledge as to what they're actually selling. There's really no reason to go there. I'll just take my chances online with whatever retailer has the best price.
I am very happy. I have found it easy to find the items that I need. I very happy with the shipping and delivery time. I will definitely buy more products from them

The shopping experience was good. Was looking at warm weather bike gloves and was surprised how many had poor reviews stating that they didn't last long. Wanted to share my observation on people's comments about a lack of quality on many items.
I went in to purchase a vest style airbag, but after talking about it with the store sales associate, I decided to purchase the newer Alpine Stars airbag due to it being serviceable by the user (me). The vest style was not user serviceable, and at $200 bucks a pop to re-service if it deploys, I opted not to get it. Hopefully I'll never have to service it, but one never knows what the future holds.
The professionals at Cycle-Gear Santa Rosa always have my back! They took exceptional care of me and even installed my visor that I seem to break every time I try replacing it myself. Brian went above and beyond as did the other gentleman that was working with him the day I picked it up they made me feel like we're friends or family and I left knowing they got my back! Got a couple new tech tires for my Vintage Triumph delivered quickly and the correct size (more difficult than you would think for these old bikes.)
System didn't remember my billing address...
I had delivered to my local store so I could try them on and return there if I didn't like them. It's a nice option. The boots fit and look great. Staff is very helpful.

Smooth and easy process. The free delivery to store is awesome. Nothing was damaged with items I ordered online. In and out when I picked items up.
I wanted a replacement shield for my new Shark helmet. Got link from Revzilla to Cycle gear for shield. Item in photo looks correct, but what came in was not even close. One other review customer had the same issue, so please correct this.

Looking for a belt drive for the first time. Read my manual and found the right size. Looked on the website and found d the item with ease. Fast shipping as well. So happy. Got me back on two wheels and knees in the breeze.
Ordered at my local store, by a very knowledgeable team member. Delivery was a couple days and the alert you every step of the way, when it's picked, when it's packed, when it's shipped, and when it's at your front door. Soo awesome
Bought a new Arai helmet and rhe folks at Cycle Gear were fantastic. Let me wear helmet in store for a long time to make sure of correct fit. Ordered the style I wanted and it was in store in 2 days. Newcheekniads installed at store and I'm on the road. Great experience.
Great jacket but velcro pouch on elbow armor scratches the back of your arm to the point it is annoying and painful. The actual color of jacket it not even close to the pictures on web site, it is way darker and more camouflage looking.
The personnel at Cycle Gear were very patient and helpful in assisting me with swapping out a size small pair of riding pants with a size large. At only 5'8" tall, and 170 pounds, I never consider myself a "large" anything, but they were spot-on in their recommendation. Shipping and arrival dates were also correct. Very pleased with the entire episode.
I'm shopping for a new motorcycle helmet, as i lived overseas I need to fit the helmet and since I will be going home in five days I need to buy the helmet and get it in the store the same day. So I went to cycle gear in Jericho NY. Did some fitting, the sales staff was amazing his name is erwin, but the helmet that I wanted wasn't available in the store. We have to order it I said no! I will be leaving in five days. Erwin replied it can be delivered tomorrow or the next 2 days if I avail RPM membership so I did, and it was delivered the next day. Got a chance of heart I didn't like the helmet and returned it the next morning, ordered a new one and it was delivered the second day, I brought it home. Now I'm having fun and enjoying the ride with my new helmet thanks cycle gear.
Made a phone call about equipment and I was pointed I. The right direction. My son made an online order for his parts and everything went smoothly. His order came sooner than explicites.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
