Jacket is great, size is perfect, material is great, the not so good is no armor at all. At this price it should at least have some kind of a armor come with it. But over all jacket is perfect.
I bought two motorcycle tires from cycle gear online specifically because they install them for half price. The guy at the store refused to install the tire because I wanted it reversed, even though I called to verify they would do it before I ordered the tire. I had to make 3 trips to the store, and had to pay 3x as much to get it installed by another dealer because I didn't buy the tire from them. When I picked the tire up from the idiot at the sanford cycle great who said he couldn't do it, I called daytona amd orlando cycle gear. They both said there was no reason not to install the tire. Despite the guy hearing this from his Co workers, he still refused. It was like he didn't want to admit he was wrong. His ignorance and arrogance coat me a lot of time, money, and aggravation.
CycleGear is a great place to order from and I have near my home. They carry quality merchandise and helpful staff at the store. The only issue is that they have very few products for the type of motorcycle I ride. I ride a trials motorcycle and there's Almost nothing that will fit it. I can get other accessories and fluids there but no parts. I would like to buy tires from you but the selection is poor. I've always hope that you'd carry Kenda Ibex K7104 and K7105 tires because they're much more affordable than the Michelins you carry. You seem to have an unlimited supply for dirt and street bikes but not for trials riders.
Not a lot of products for my type of motorcycle (2023 Gasgas TXT 250 trialss) but I love shopping from Cycle Gear when I do find something. The "ship to store" is awesome. Thanks CG!
I had looked online at the cycle gear webite nd found the gloves I wanted but I wanted to try them on first hand. The sales woman at the woburn store was very helpful finding exactly what I wanted from their warehouse. The Gloves arrived at my house ahead of the scheduled day and shipping was free. Goo experience all around
Convenient, order the tires and have them shipped to Cycle Gear then drop off wheels and have them installed. Installation usually the same day and I had it where they did them while I waited. I bought and had installed 3 sets of tires installed in the last month or so, my Honda Transalp is next.
Buying a helmet in this day and age is hard. Helmets that you order may or may not fit or be comfortable. Returns inconvenient. Stores are few and those that do exist have limited inventory. The helmet I picked out was not in stock at local Cycle Gear so I took a chance and ordered. The store is 30-45 min away with ongoing construction and heavy traffic. Could have shipped to store but took a chance and shipped to home. I knew I could return to store for a refund if needed. Fortunately the helmet was a good fit and very satisfactory. Under the circumstances it worked out well
I am not sure if you can look at my sales man from my order. I don't remember his name. He was helpful the moment we walked in the store. He didn't have the items in stock, however he made it very easy and placed the order for us and had the items sent to our home. Give that kid a raise. 5 stars
I called about the helmet I wanted because I had already purchased it twice from other vendors only to have it canceled due to lack of inventory. The associate recommended trying on an Icon helmet in store before ordering because they fit different. Really sound advice! I take a size larger in this helmet and it arrived two days later.

Clutch pack came in a plastic envelope. The box inside the plastic envelope was pushed out on both ends allowing Clutch pack to half way exit the Barnett box. It should have been TAPED on both ends and shipped in a box and not a plastic bag. Disappointing packing and shipping l

I love this product it keeps all the fog away and keep it clear. At night it has a glare but once I got used to it then it became completely clear and helps early morning and late night rides.
The mailing service accidentally shipped it to Colorado once it reached my city, but I don't think that's necessarily cycle gears fault. Good entry level helmet.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
