I am so so so happy with my neighhood CVS #9669! I have been going here since it was SAVON about 20 years ago... the managers all the way down are so helpful even calling other stores when they are out of a product! They know me by my name, helpful, etc... can't say enough about store #9669 in Silver Lake, California... its like going to a small town store in crazy Los Angeles! Great job to Eduardo and Steve -- the managers who set the tone! So happy to be doing my business there!
Service is terrible, I do not fault the employees I blame CVS they are under staffed. I went after hours to find the poor pharmacist to be working by himself filling scripts, answering phones waiting on drive up and in store customers, talk about staff cuts unbelievable. But my main complaint and displeasure is not enough store locations, I basically have to travel out of my way to pick up my scripts my insurance carrier makes us go to cvs in order to benefit with our plan, Walgreens is around the corner within walking distance. It would be great if cvs would build a pharmacy in North Hammond, In the closest one is south Hammond, in. It really is out of my way. Same complaints from area neighbors who also have to go to cvs. Hopefully CVS will build in North Hammond, In *******
So I ordered online, never received anything so I call twice in a month they tell me the order was cancelled I said okay can I have my money back they tell me you have to talk to your bank... what?
Had prescriptions filled at CVS. Never doubted. Well check and double check. I had one filled and, wasn't aware until I complained to my doctor that the med was making me sick. Discoved it was the wrong Medication that was given by CVS. The Pharmacist attitude was OH Well,, not that she made a mistake, sorry., Will not trade there.
I have been really impressed by this website especially that which concerns health information! One can really get informed about his health and can, thus, prevent from serious diseases! Go on!
The website kept telling me that my payment was not authorized but charge me 9 times for an order that they didn't even put through. I was charged 3 times to my main credit card and then 5 times to my secondary card and to make matters worse, I was charged once to my debit. My bank has flagged all these charges for dispute but CVS would not even entertain that there was a problem with their website. This problem took me 2 hours of calls to my bank and CVS. Guess what, all this and I do not even have the order I was trying to make! I am done with CVS, no more $ from me. Too bad, I was in the top 5% of customers according to my rewards statement!

My review is for CVS they are great with there Rewards Program. You either use a Rewards card or Phone number. You get discounts on certain items they feel you might need. Some of them you don't even use. But when you spend at CVS they keep a record. Then when you reach a certain amount. They send you either 25% off your bill or 20% off. It really helps since I spent over 40.00 and got 25% off. It makes me feel good that a store rewards you when you spend. I just got today my 25% off coupon. Plus just to let you all know that if for any reason you don't get to use your coupon before it expires they put those coupons on your card or when you go to CVS it will be on your account. You put your card under it and it prints out those coupons for the 25% or 20% coupons as well as others. I like CVS better than Rite Aid. Thanks for reading.
The cvs store on Atlantic Ave and 84th street. Is my favorite. The staff are very helpful and the managers are awesome, always willing to help and resolve any issues you might have.
I went to CVS in glen cove n. Y. 65 forest ave location. Gave them my new medical insurance card. They renewed my prescription with my old insurance company by mistake. Not once but twice. I received a bill from the insurance company for 300 plus dollars. My new insurance company does not pay for that medicine. I went to cvs and said sorry to bad. We cant help you. And we are not paying you back for our mistake. I said you were given the right insurance company card by me. Its your fault. They said sorry to bad we are not reimbursing you. Thats the way the pharmacy dept treated a loyal customer for over 15 years. I will get it back in small claims court.

Cvs.com tried 3 times to deliver toiletries I had ordered for a family member. They messed up the order every time, twice sending it back without emailing or telling me. After four weeks of hassling with their customer service department, I asked for a refund and reordered film Walmart. The order arrived in two days.
I wish they had more employees to help locate items. I tend to spend 20 minutes just looking for things.
I really need to talk to someone about being treated unfairly at your store a manager told me to go to the end of the line if i was using coupons why? Each time i go into that store she says something rude to me should i try another location? It's located here in pensacola florida on the corner of Cervantes & pace blvd. I called and spoke to the dis. Manager before about this lady I am tired of her i use coupons all the time. CVS completed their takeover of the Target pharmacies recently, and today I was shocked that the price of Latanaprost, a glaucoma medication, has doubled since I got in March. I left it there, and the staff informed me that many customers ate transferring their prescriptions to other. CVS is a fairly good convenience store, and that's about it.
I was very pleased to visit this store. Customer service is great.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
