CVS is just few walk away from my home in my hometown. So many childhood memories I can recall today. Staffs always kind and helpful. A legit store.
They always have a great sales on baby products and great place to go quick shopping and great deal!
I have never had such problems with a purchase than i have with CVS. I purchased two items in which I wanted to return the following day. The receipt was "sent" to my email but I never received It. I called the store and was told without the receipt I can only receive store credit. I called customer service and was told the receipt would update in their system for 48 hours and to call then. I just called back from waiting 4 days and was told to call back in another 24 hours with a reference number. I will NEVER shop at this company EVER again they are awful.
CVS used to make me crazy with their extra bucks, weekly specials, etc... they just made it confusing and it seemed that what was being promoted was never anything I wanted. I am very faithful to another store that starts with a "T", but one day they didn't have what I needed so I went into a CVS. The girl helping me was so nice, I agreed to sign up for Extra Bucks... great decision! They've streamlined it. You get emails often with their weekly deals, and you just click a button and it's transferred automatically to your card. I can't fit one more card in my wallet, so all you have to do is give them your phone # if you go into a store. You can also choose what categories you're most interested in to personalize what emails they send you, so it's not overwhelming. They have great deals on some of my favorite items often. Also, if you love high end beauty products, they have a very good selection online only. I saved 30% on a very expensive serum.
Over a year ago CVS in Stockbridge Ga. Filled a prescription for me. First they gave me the wrong prescription, my doctor ordered a 2,00 unit per capsule of a product and the filled it with a 20,000 unit per capsule. I was not aware of the problem until i got the call from them to correct the problem, I was taking the prescription for several months. I had the correct prescription given to me, but by then i was over loaded on that medicine and i was taken off of it until everything came back to almost normal. I was told i would receive the money i had paid for said prescription and as of until now i have not heard from them not even after several emails sent to their corporate office. My doctor even called them to see what happened with this problem but they refuse to return her calls as well. Since then i have not shopped at CVS and i encourage anyone doing business with them to be very cautious and look very close at your prescriptions when receiving them from them.
Excellent customer services. The farmacy staff is the best in town. Good character, allways trying to help and well educated people.
Ordered some items off their website and when they arrived they are different then what the picture and ingredient list showed online. I email customer service they are useless, instead they tell me to call them. I call the customer service representive and they tell me I can ship the items back via UPS. I send the items to an address they chose in Indianapolis, IN. Turns out someone at the address in Indiana refuses my package and they mark it "return to sender". I am unaware of this and check back weeks later to find this out. I never received the package back or a refund! It is not worth the time and energy to spend figuring out where it is. I would avoid the website and don't get sucked in with the "25%" off coupons and free shipping. CVS is too expensive they always give out coupons and extra care bucks just to bring your purchase price down to a near acceptable retail value.
Took their survey and then they off you of Anti-Aging Skin Cream etc. Regular 79.95 / your cost -4.95 shipping for taking the survey. Well then in the hidden print you just joined a seller of this cream club and in so many days they take out 99.00 or so from for card because you did cancel this club within like fourteen days. And will continue to do this till you figure out what's going on.
I live near a CVS but am disabled, so online shopping is much more convenient for me. I wish I could purchase my RX's there but they never have my monthly order ready on time.
Rudest Pharmacy ever to exist!
DO NOT SHOP AT CVS!
I was lied to by the pharmacy. I contacted them over a MISTAKE they made on my prescription... instead of owning their mistake they LIED ABOUT IT!
I give them three stars because they are in good locations, and the service is good but it REALLY bothers me that their beauty products are a lot more expensive. Some Maybelline lipsticks for example are $2-3 more than at Target or Walgreens... so not even the coupons make up for it...
I was looking for a particular shampoo, asked the supervisor if he knew if they had more I the back because the shelves were empty, he's response was no but ou can try another store. I asked if he could look in the back before driving to a further store or call and see if they had it in stock in another store he said no, but you can just got o another store and see if they have it. A cashier passing by over heard and offered to help me, she said wait here while I check in the back cause we just got iur shipments today. She came out no more than 5min later with 4 of them, gave me one and placed some on the shelves. When I was paying the supervisor saw me and told me "oh good you found it, I'm gad I could help, didn't want you to leave empty handed. Don't forget to take our survey and give this store all 5's, plus my names Alex in case you want to call the number on your survey and place a compliment."
He had sagging pants, I could see he's undergarment and a baggy shirt untucked from the back and a earing.
This store is on san Fernando rd in Glendale, I will still shop there but I have an unpleasant feeling when I see him now.
Had a manager, ( very young) reprimand an associate in front of me. When I told them I was displeased, she didn't say a word. Then she called me back pretending to be another manager. All in all, a horrible experience.
I love these guys. Definitely the best legit online pharmacy out there. Thanks guys. Will be coming back real soon.
Trish in your rocky point pharmacy is always very helpful, today finding something I had given up finding. I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff.
ATTENTION ANYONE WHO HAS A CELL PHONE THAT IS NOT A SMARTPHONE!
CVS sends me a few emails a week about Curbside Pickup. The emails contain a coupon for $10 off of a $15.00 first-time Curbside Pickup order. After going through the entire process of getting an order to the checkout process, the next step tells me I have to put in a mobile phone number to confirm my order. I enter my mobile number, it rings a second later, I click on the message... but it goes NOWHERE. After several tries, I called the customer service number. The manager tells me I cannot place a Curbside Pickup order unless I have a SMARTPHONE!
Know it's impossible for anyone under 21 to imagine that there are people who have cheap cell phones, and not SMARTPHONES. CVS is discriminating against an entire group of people who cannot afford a SMARTPHONE. The only SMART thing about this situation has nothing to do with being SMART. The SMARTPHONE is SMARTER than the program designer who cut out the very people who keep CVS in business, and didn't even have the courtesy to post a note on CVS.COM reading, "YOU CANNOT PLACE A CURBSIDE ORDER OR USE A CURBSIDE COUPON UNLESS YOU HAVE A SMARTPHONE" After 40 years, maybe it's time I do the RITE thing, and go shopping somewhere else.
I like CVS because it is a chain and I can find almost everywhere. CVS is like any other chain drug store. It sells what you expect a drug store to sell. What I don't like about CVS is that they don't accept Apple Pay. Instead they want consumers to use CVS Pay through the CVS mobile app. I will refuse to use CVS Pay. CVS should just start accepting Apple Pay. Apple Pay is the way of the future. CVS should jump on board like Walgreens did.
ANYTHING YOU CAN PURCHASE AT CVS IS GUARANTEED CHEAPER BY 1 TO FIVE DOLLARS ANYWHERE ELSE. NUMBER ONE RIP OFF STORE ONLY GOOD FOR SCRIPTS.
Just happened to be having my eye exam next door and since I had time to waste thought I would get a prescription filled. There was a problem with my insurance so I asked the Pharmacist (who was being extremely rude and condescending) if she would call and see what the problem was, and she pointed out to me that it was not her responsibility to find out what the problem was with my insurance. So my response was I would just pay cash and deal with my Insurance Company when I got home. She then claimed that I was exhibiting drug seeking tendencies and accused me of going from pharmacy to pharmacy to fill illegal prescriptions, which infuriated me and While I realize that does happen it seems to me that it would be her responsibility to call the police and report me if she felt that is what I was doing, Or she could have shown a little customer service and called my Doctors office if she had concerns.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
