I ordered a duvet from this website and knew I had to return it as soon as it arrived. It looked nothing like the image on the website - it was so cheap, like an awful screen print. Definitely not worth the $80 price tag - in fact, I wouldn't pay more than $10 for it. I attempted to email the store to no avail - receiving the error message that it could not be delivered to the email address. I decided then to go ahead and just send it back in anyway for a refund and followed the instructions on the website to a tee. As I was working with the shipping store associate, another red flag raised when they told me that the zip code provided did not match the city. Again, I decided to go ahead and send it, hoping that I could have faith in the information as it is provided on the website. Big mistake, as it cost me somewhere around $15 to pay for the return shipping, and THEN, a few weeks later, the package arrived BACK on MY DOORSTEP, as it could not be delivered and was returned to sender. I am irate right now, and have attempted to contact them again, using a slightly different email address than the one I used the first time around. If this company is not a scam, then I don't know what is going on. But I do know that I have been ripped off and taken for a sucker. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I was super excited for the duvet we ordered for my daughter, and stayed optimistic even with the string of e-mails apologizing for the delay. We finally received the product and it is not worth the money or what we actually ordered. And to top it off, their website provides no clear instructions on how to return the product, the support e-mail address comes back as undeliverable and an invalid address. Definitely a scam of a website. Don't waste your money.

Besides all the horrible reviews for this site even on facebook. This company feels its ok with stealing art work, or allowing whoever pumps out their crap items to steal designs from other artists. Giving no recognition or giving money to those who created the original work itself. A friend of mine works hard for what she creates and she does amazing designs has had more than one of her works stolen and used on this site. Avoid this scam site and give nothing to this rotten company that has no real respect

I purchased a 4X6' area rug from this company in August. I loved the bright and unique designs this company offered... or so I thought. First, they tried to charge me on Paypal. I had used my credit card and had paid them in full when ordering. After many emails to the company, I received what looks/feels like an oversized thin bathmat! The design isn't even what I had ordered! I paid $69.99 for this crap! I emailed the company again to let them know it was not what I ordered and wanted a refund. They emailed that I could get 40% off another area rug and free shipping. WHAT? I emailed that this was not acceptable and that I wanted a refund because of their mistake. After numerous emails, they finally refunded my money and did not ask for their crappy POS back. I guess the dog can lay on it! President Trump was right... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OUTSIDE THE USA! I have learned my lesson! THIS IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a "rug". They say "rug" but what they mean is blanket. It's so thin my fan could blow it away! I wasn't expecting great quality but I was expecting better than I got. There were many bald spots where white showed through the image. Plus an ugly white border that was not pictured in description. I see now others have same results. Working on getting refund back, trying to go through their rules, but I had to send multiple emails to multiple addresses to get a response. Hmm, almost like they don't want to be contacted! The order confirmation email said to reply if there was an issue. When you reply it goes to an invalid address. We'll see how this goes.

Cuztomboxgifts is a scam no Business name. Order 2 Rainbow Tie Dye GS-CL-DT2003 Bedding Set. One twin and one full. Full $59.95 and Twin 49.95 total 109.90. Both are way too small. And to doot thay both have same id order number i pay with my master card, thay tried to get it throw my pay pal acc. I did not authorized. The bed set is only 4 and 1/2 feet by 4 1/2. Two sheet put too gather and thay won't respond to e-mail for returns for a refund it's less thin 30 days return. Under their Refund policy and thy have three defrent names 1 Cuztomboxgifts 2 JANIT COMPANY LIMITED 3it came in under Amy P ******* Cedae Ave Bloomington, CA *******. ITS A DROP SHIPMENT PLACE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Rug is like a dollar store shame. Beware it took like 2 month to get it then u get the shock of a life time surprise total junk really angry. And forget about your money.
