Do not buy from them! The stuff comes from Hong Kong and looks nothing like the picture they post. You will wait forever to get it and when you do you'll be very disappointed. When you try to return it they will have you send it back to Hong Kong, which I did even though the shipping was almost as much as the product. I sent it to the address they gave me to ship to and no on was available to receive it. It was shipped back to me. Thankfully, I paid through paypal and they refunded my money. I really try to be careful not to purchase overseas, but this company did a good job of hiding it. They looked like they were out of California and the product shipped from California. However, the product went from Hong Kong, to California, to me. Terrible experience!

I would never buy anything else from this company. First off they took forever for the product to come, with emails telling me that my product is in prefect condition and will be delivered soon. Then when i finally get the product the zipper do not work. I emailed them 2 days after i received the bedding and several time over two months about a replacement, and still to this day the company still did not resolve my issue. The customer service sucks, and the material is cheap and not as described

This company is a total sham! First, when you order from their site they use deceptive practices that tricks you into buying more than the item you are buying. They did refund my $ for the other item I didn't buy, but it should not have been the case where I had to request a refund. They promise shipping details after a 7 day production time which I have yet to receive more than 2 months after placing the order. And, they promised delivery within in 10 to 20 days. I'm now 2 weeks past that date. Now, when I send e-mails to the same account I sent previous e-mails to, they bounce back as undeliverable, notably after I filed a complaint with PayPal.

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR! IT TOOK 60 DAYS TO GET THE ITEM I ORDERED. I HAD EVEN TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND ALL I GOT WAS AN EMAIL APOLOGIZING FOR THE SHIPPING DELAY AND PROMISING TO TRY TO RESEARCH ISSUE IN SHIPPING. I ORDERED A KING SIZE DUVET. IT WAS NOT KING SIZE AND DID NOT FIT THE BED, THE PILLOWCASES WERE TINY, AND IT WAS VERY CHEAP LOOKING. I EMAILED ASKING TO RETURN THE ITEM. I GOT EMAIL BACK ASKING FOR PICTURE OF ITEM I ORDERED AND THE PACKAGE LABEL. I SENT IT. THEN GOT ANOTHER EMAIL APOLOGIZING FOR NOT BEING HAPPY WITH THE ITEM AND OFFERING ME 20% OFF ON NEXT ORDER. I SAID NO I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE ITEM AND GET A REFUND. HEARD NOTHING BACK. THE NEXT DAY I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL ASKING FOR THEM TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO TO RETURN MY ORDER. STILL NO REPLY. I GUESS THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. THEY MAKE YOU THINK YOU CAN RETURN ITEMS, BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO, THEY JUST IGNORE YOU. THEY ARE CRAZY IF THEY REALLY THINK I WOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! BEWARE OF THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered a duvet cover and 2 shams dec 3,2020 for a Christmas present. I didn't receive it until Jan 22,2021! The pattern on the shams was different than the cover. The entire pattern was different than the picture on the site. It was almost blurry looking! I emailed the company and told them I was dissatisfied with the product and wanted to return it for a refund. The company responded back with a 30% discount for my next purchase. I won't purchase anything else from them so that is no help! Luckily, I used PayPal and they were able to dispute the charge and issue the refund. I wish the company itself allowed reviews but, it doesn't! Now I know why!

They put the incorrect dates on my blanket and so I they asked for a picture I sent it, yet I have still not received a refund and now I am no longer receiving correspondence from the company at all. Please, Do Not purchase anything, not poor customer service; no customer service! The blanket says 1932, but it is supposed to be 1913 and to make it even worse, they had the correct information for the picture they posted on their website. This is not how a business should act towards their customers. Cuztomboxgifts, did not even offer to replace the incorrect item.

I bought a blanket that I ordered as a Christmas present but it took over a month to get here and arrived 3 weeks after Christmas. It was nothing like the description or the picture. I ordered a fleece sherpa blanket, but when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size and a synthetic piece of ****. I wanted to return it, but I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. I then had to contact PayPal and after a bit of convincing, they helped me get a refund. Don't buy from this fraudulent company!

Ordered a blanket set only to wait for over a month for these people to finally give me a tracking number. Upon checking the tracking number, I was informed that the package has been returned to sender. Now the company states that I CANNOT have a refund, but they can offer a discount on my next purchase. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a name brand Queen size linen set; received a knock-off item that was too small for the bed. Their published refund policy allowed a return for a refund within thirty days. When I tried to invoke this policy, the company flatly refused and instead offered me a discount on a future item. It took me 3 months to get Citibank to finally refund my money. This company is based in Asia and will not allow you to return an item. I would avoid at all cost. They sell products that have the same names as products on established web stores, but the items are fakes. Also see their Better Business Bureau review; its abysmal.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered a bed set for my sons new bed back in November for Christmas gift and have yet to get anything in the mail or any information on where my package is or who even has it. Dont bother contacting customer services either they have sent me the same bull crap email 7 times now and no way to contact them regarding my package. I guess i should have read the reviews before buying something from such a trash company. Lesson learned.

PayPal was no help at all in getting my money back. However, my credit card company refunded every penny!

Ordered mermaid printed blanket for granddaughter. Pretty in pastel colors. Ordered wrong size but would have returned because blanket had no warmth due to thin fabric. Can see through fabric. Picture pretty but appears to be painted on. Can run finger over it and push color around. Worst part was customer service. They keep saying they are sorry about me being "unpleasant" about order. Want measurements. Then wants picture. They just keep telling me size was right. Won't address issue that blanket is so thin and has no warmth to it. The size was right and that is all that mattered. Description was Sherpa. No fleece to this blanket. Wish I had seen other reviews before I ordered from this company. Reading return policy that says 30 days to return. They drag it out with repeat requests one at a time for proof of problem. All they say it is the right item. It is. But it is poor quality. "Unpleasant" to deal with and just gave up. The emails I am getting come from Shelby Brothers INC. I will make sure not to order from that branch of business either.

Ordered from here, paid for items, got email confirmation, more emails saying item on the way, it's been over a month, no item and now the item number is not active. Can't track it or locate it. Buyer beware! 1 in 10 chance of getting your product!

I ordered my product in November and have yet to receive anything. I attempted to track the product, but it says the order was complete. I thought an order was complete when it arrived to the location it was shipped to, but apparently that's not the case. It said my order was shipped 12/23. I was so excited, but now I feel like I've been ripped off. I should have read the reviews before I placed the order. If you just have money to give away then make an order, but if you value your money and don't want to waste your time then think strongly before you place an order. Good luck, I know it hasn't worked for me.

I spent 70 bucks on a rug and it never even arrived. Though having read other reviews, it seems I'm not missing much. They don't respond to emails. This company sucks. Read reviews before spending!

I ordered a tumbler 12/15 - they took the money immediately-still haven't received it. Kept receiving updates from an Alex from cuztomboxgifts til a week ago-emailed them back for a delivery date-no response. Have now filed disputes with paypal and am filing reviews where ever I can. This is the first time I didn't check the seller-but it will be my last. They actually operate under several different names -Janit is the one I thought I ordered thru-but are the same company.

Said my package shipped and gave me a tracking number and never got the blanket set. Still stuck in California and hasn't moved from shipper to the usps. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE... Cuztomboxgifts

Ordered what was supposed to be a bed blanket and received a bedding set. The quality is sub par and there was at least three different addresses listed in two different states and finally freaking China. Not to mention that the shipping was by a slow boat from China. They first claimed that usps would be delivering and gave a tracking number and then several days later said that DHL would be delivering and gave a different tracking number. Several more days and they said it was shipped(huh)! We finally did receive the item ordered and was disappointed. The item was picked up from the post office in a bag! So much for custom box gifts huh.
