I ordered a leopard rug in October and did not receive it until December which was advertised to be plush all lies. It looked beautiful on the site but what I got was a horrible mess. I'm so disappointed with the quality and make of this item. Nothing like was advertised. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE YOU WILL DISSATISFYIED!

I ordered an item over a month ago, they created a shipping label, but never sent the item. Now their email addresses are conveniently Bad, so they don't have to answer for their incredibly bad service. I can't add a picture because I have yet to receive my order!

Worst product ever

Highly disappointed with the product! Waited over a month for the what they say is a blanket. This product is very poor quality, it's suppose to be a blanket it is more like a very thin piece of fabric. The picture on the fabric is very poor and they sent it with a bar code sticker on it that I can't get off because if I do it's going to take the fabric off as well. Came from Hong Kong but has a California address. No valid email so I will Dispute with PayPal! DO NOT PURCHASE!

STRAIGHT GARBAGE

I order a rug on Nov 13th 2020 and I still haven't gotten it yet. I didn't read any of the reviews before I purchased it, and that's totally not me, but after reading the reviews and they were horrible, I decided to reach out to them. The email address was not even valid, so I contacted PayPal and when they contacted them, that's when Cuztomboxgift contacted me. Now it's showing that my item is in California awaiting departure. Really?. Oh my. I just want to kick my own self for not reading the reviews first.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM PERIOD...

I ordered a beautiful bedding set for $44.95 and it took over a month to get. What a scam! This company is a total ripoff! The bedspread is beautiful BUT it is so short that it won't cover the top of a standard size twin bed! Even with the pillowshams it won't cover the end of the mattress and leaves a good 6": of the end of the mattress uncovered! It also has absolutely NO polyester type of filling in the bedspread. It is a very thin fabric and not good quality. I tried to contact them and their contact email was returned as "email does not exist". Since I purchased through Paypal I contacted Paypal and they were supposed to negioate for me. Cuztombox Gifts told me I had to send them pictures of the bedspread on the bed. Each time they gave me an email that was returned because it did not exist. Then they say that you have to return the item to Hong Kong at your expense and they will also deduct shipping from the refund. I refused. I had to escalate it to Paypal resolutions. Cuztombox Gifts offered only $13.50 refund and I asked paypal to see if I could get at least half of the total purchase price but they refused and closed the case. Money lost and I'm very unhappy with Paypal.

I bought a 5X10 Palm tree design rug! It took app 1 month to get it! It came folded up in 2'X2' plastic package. Removed it and it was more like a blanket! Laid it out and the creases would not flatten out! The binding is so crooked! On one long side there is NO BLACK BORDER? The other side is too much border and you can even see it runs into the other pattern! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I contacted them and they NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! I got screwed by them for $89.99 for a real piece of $#*!! The company should be shut down!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Absolutely don't order from this site. I ordered what I thought was an Army camouflage comforter for my grandson. It took over a month to get it. When it arrived what a piece of trash. It was like two bed sheets sewn together and no filling in between. Trying to contact the company was impossible. The *******@cuztomboxgifts.com, was a bogus website. I don't know how to retrieve my $49.95. Meanwhile, my grandson is without his birthday present...

What a fiasco! They never confirmed the order or communicated shipping information. I had to file a paypal claim to get any action. The rug finally arrived over 1month later but very thin and not worth the money or effort. Would never recommend this company or the company who took the payment Janit company limited which is somehow associated with jShelby Brothers inc

Absolutely a scam

Same as everyone else, bought a $69.95 "rug" that was just cheap piece of fabric sewn onto a rubber backing. It's more like a bathroom shower rug that you step on after you get out of the shower. On their website they advertise it as a plush rug that appears to be thick. Definitely did not arrive that way, it was folded up and vacuum sealed in the mailbox. And good luck contacting them, you'll get no response.

ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO SHOP WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, NON OF THEIR PRODUCTS LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES I ORDERED 2 BED COMFORTERS AND ONLY ONE CAME AND THEY CAN CLEARLY SEE 2 ON THE ORDER AND WHEN THE ONE CAME, IT WAS JUST A BIG PILLOW CASE THAT'S CLOSED UP AND REALLY THIN. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I totally should have read these reviews before ordering. It took forever to receive the 2 blankets i ordered, both as gifts and when they arrived they both had misspelled words, umh kind if a big deal when the blanket it one big quote. Sent an email explaining, but have received no response.

There return policy is non existant. They give you the run around. The merchandise is inferior to anything of good quality. This was so disappointing and I have yet to get a refund. They are refusing to even accept the return. I contacted the Hong Kong Better Business bureau and reported them. But I will not stop until they are out of business.

Buyer beware.
Like others, I purchased something without looking at reviews first. It was a circular rug (and I use the term lightly as it was more like a lightweight towel) with a circular pattern which was not even centered on the rug. Returned to address found on website (Columbus, OH) which was sent back as addressee unknown. Emails to their customer service are un-deliverable. This was a $100 hard lesson to learn for me. Stay away.

Misleading refund policy

I bought a comforter set and recieved it about a month later. The material was sub par and the pattern was blurry. I followed the instruction on the site for a refund and they came back abs offered 30% off instead. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and BBB. Buyer beware, I would not chose this company to work with.

RIp Offs

There was a mistake on my order and they said they have a 12 hour cancel time limit. I did not see it anywhere on the site. They will not cancel and refund my money and now I will two of the same item! I have sent the several emails and I just got the email today telling me about the 12 hour cancel! Should have paid heed to the reviews! I do not reccommend this company!

I as most people here ordered without looking at reviews. I'm totally disappointed. It took almost a month to get my order and than when we received it was a disappointment. The twin comforter cover is 12 inches shorter than any comforters I have for my sons twin bed. It's ridiculous. When you email customer service the email address doesn't even work. This company is a scam and should be shutdown.

Scam

So I ordered a comforter set so I thought what I received was a big queen size pillow sham. Yes I had to stuff my old KING size comforter into a sham. Yes KING size that's what I ordered. For $72.00 I received crap. I could have gotten a whole bed in a bag with a real comforter for that price. My mistake for trying to order something original. Never again. Beware of this company.
