Purchased item that looked NOTHING! Like the picture, tried getting in touch with them, No email or phone message gets through, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Beware they change name often

I ordered the Buffalo Check Red Rug and after received I was the most disappointed for an online order I have ever been. Not anything like the picture and the quality was horrible. The white fibers were tipped in red and black so you could see white underneath. Then they sewed the edges with a white binding. This rug is the worst I have ever seen.
I tried to contact them to process a return and the email bounced back. I even replied to their email and my message still bounced back. No phone number either... no way to contact them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I ordered what I thought was a comforter set. What I received was a an $85 cheap sheet. There is no phone number to contact the company and I sent several emails asking how to return it and get a refund. After telling me they will give me 20% off my next purchase (not how to return it) they stopped returning my emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Save yourself the aggravation and do NOT use this company!

I ordered five items from Customboxgifts.com, three bed sets and two rugs, totaling over $350.00 and the Bed Quilt sets were thin as sheets and the Rugs were more like towels. The graphic designs were poorly printed and extremely blurred. Also The tree bed sets and two area rugs were so thin that they could fit in one medium sized shopping bag. Also, when I emailed the company as the address they provide for customer service, my email was Mail Demon back to me like a letter returned to sender. I am disgusted with Customboxgifts.com. Do not waste your time of money!

I was super excited for the Zebra rug that I ordered for my hallway/entryway and optimistic even with the string (tons)of e-mails apologizing for the delay. Today I received an email that the I've just received a new notification from DHL.
Bad news - Their cargo transport got held at the customs because of the issues with one product in the shipping queue. They deliver big cargo transporters with dozens and dozens of packages, and the papers for one shipment were bad.
Seems like the customs at this time went quite strict lately. This is the first time we've experienced this.

Lets see if I ever get a refund
Definitely a scam of a website. Don't waste your money.
I wish I had did a Google search of this site and read reviews to not have to go this... SCAM ARTIST GET KARMA!

For some reason I placed an order without reading reviews- which I almost always do. When I did read them, I was sure I would not be getting what I had ordered. I was right. The twin bedspread is a joke. Its like 2 sheets sewn together in a big square- which does not fit a rectangle twin bed. Not a single ounce of stuffing. Its literally 2 sheets. The colors are nice, but do not waste your money on this crap. You will be completely disappointed.

If I could give them no stars I WOULD. Finally received the blanket I ordered. Nothing like described. I ordered a plush warm blanket with a border. I received a ultra thin blanket with no border and no comfort. Colors looked different also. Been trying to get a refund for over a week now. They offered me 30 percent off my next order. I would NEVER order from this company ever again. I responded I pass up there order and want a full refund. Still haven't heard back. I would stay away from this company.

When I first placed my order, I got an automated email saying that I'd receive an email with tracking info within 7-10 business days. I give them 12 business days, and still no email, so I contact them asking when my item will be sent out, & they say soon. I give a few more business days and still nothing, so I start feeling like I'm getting scammed. I contact them directly again 2 different times asking for a refund and they ignore me and don't send anything back.

By this time, it's been nearly a month, so I go to PayPal and open a refund case, & that's when they decide to finally ship the item out.

When it got here after over a month of waiting, the item wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a rug, and they send a thin little blanket. So I open another case on PayPal and send it back, & finally get the refund.

& Also, their website says they're located in Columbus OH, but they really just run a scam business in Hong Hong.

Purchased a blanket that took over a month to get here. Total garbage, nothing like pictured. Bogus email address. Website sites an address in Columbus, Ohio. No address exists. Return address on bag was in California, shipped from Hong Kong. When I wanted to return, they wanted it shipped to HK which would have been a small fortune. Luckily, I Used PayPal and they went to bat for me and got me a refund. Don't buy from this fraudulent company!

I went online to order and when it processed it did it for 2 rugs and not just one. I immediately went to the site to contact them. They only had email. It took 5 days for a reply and they said it was too late to refund. I received it 3 weeks later and it's not a rug... it looks and feels like a blanket. The picture is terrible. I went online to request a refund and it says no refunds on sales items... but everything on the site is on "sale". It also says no refunds after 30 days... I didn't even get it until 27 days later... and there is no phone number to contact.
