Received multiple emails saying it had shipped, then hadn't, then ‘there's room in the box order more" Took a month and half to receive and the "comforter" is two thin sheets sewn together. VERY CHEAP LOOKING

Ordered a queen comforter set got a thin sheet with pillow cases and doesn't even fit my bed no answer back from this company it's horrible

If I could give this a zero star review I would. We ordered a "rug" that took 6 weeks to receive and when we did it was garbage. Off size and so thin that it could not be used. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

It was supposed to be a snowman king size Christmas comforter, took longer than supposed to get. I could never find out about my order and when I got it it was more of a flannel sheet

I purchased 2 bedspreads from them. They were cheaply made, the lining did not match and they were too small for the bed.
The company refused a refund and kept offering discounts on future purchases. The emails often bounced and they finally ignored me and I am stuck.
The site is misleading with customer service being important, returns and refunds available and they appear to be domestic. All of this is a lie. They are overseas, no refunds are available and there is no customer service.
Do Not Buy!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company took my money through Pay Pal and said I would not be charged until my product was made. However pay pal charged my bank account immediately. I have yet to receive my product. I constantly get e mails from the company on why I haven't received my order. Then they send a 25 percent off any other purchase. What a scam.
I have put in a disputed claim through my bank credit card. The bank has provided me with excellent service and credited my account after they looked into my concerns. Thankful for my bank.
DO NOT by from cuztomboxgifts. I believe they are a fraud. Make sure you go through a reputable company to from USA such as Amazon to purchase from a foreign company.
Be aware cuztomboxgifts has many other names.

I dont even want to give them one star - After I placed my order, I'd get emails about the progress of it - then several weeks ago they sent a tracking number, which has never updated - when I request an update, I get emails from them saying times are hard on everyone, blah, blah blah... and their support email is either down now or I'm blocked! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - and I believed I was ordering locally, from OH - looks to be Hong Kong now. There is another name associated with them too - Shelby Brothers, inc - so avoid that too!

Ordered a couple of Scottie print blankets for my wife for Christmas. What I received were 2 fleece blankets small enough and thin enough to fit in an 8" x 10" plastic envelope. I'm so disappointed that I fell for a scam like this. $100 for total garbage. Jokes on me. I didn't even try to get a refund after reading the refund policy. I'm hitting my head in disbelief because I should have known better. Lesson learned... Merry Christmas!

Ordered a quilt. Got emails saying it was being created, then it was being inspected, then DHL was coming to get it, then it was stopped in customs and being delayed. PayPal asked if I had received it because they sent a tracking number saying it was delivered. Never showed up at my house. Last I heard from the company they said it was delayed in shipping by DHL yet tracking thru USPS shows delivered? Liars and scammers. Guess I'll just by my wife's gifts for Christmas made in America.

I ordered from this company after falling in love with a baby pink design bedsheet... i ended up placing the order. However when i received the package i didnt like the way it was... i CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, however i kept receiving emails back saying there is something wrong with the server. Now their return policy is 30 days, but ive been unable to understand as to where im supposed to send this package back to.
There is also a shipping fee which is probably not going to be worth me sending the bedsheet back.
This is the worst purchase ive done so far. Not to mention it took forever to arrive too...

I ordered 3 items- 2 "quilt blankets" and a rug. The quilt blankets are 2 pieces of material sewn together. There is no "quilting"- I wanted them for gifts for people to get cozy and read. Very disappointing. I also ordered a rug. Again, just 2 pieces of material sewn together- does not resemble a rug in any way. The colors are garish and the material is cheap. I tried contacting the company- I think the responses are form bots. They offered a 20% off for "next time"- there will be no next time. They also offered a 20% refund. I don't want these items. I want a full refund. They finally told me to ship them to Hong Kong (they were shipped from US addresses)- the postage on that is almost as much as these are worth. If I could have posted with minus stars, I would have!
