Customer service is horrible. Treated me horrible and has no answers and offered no help. Lost a donor.

I'm new to the process but I had a wonderful experience giving at the Broadway csl plasma center. I appreciate the rewards and how professional they are. I will be back.

This is the worst donation company that I have dealt with I. Years. I referred my wife and because their system would not allow her in for months. And regardless of the center telling me all would be great. They just told me that since it wouldn't let her in she is not a new Donor. With just one donation. And we get no bonuses. DONT DO IT. RUN!

Friday (3/ 29/25) donated and half way through it wasn't returning. Tech tried to adjust the needle. Needle felt deep and my upper arm felt like it was swelling. The tech blow out my vein and was pumping the return under my skin.

I developed a very very large measure 9X5(will add photo)

Monday (4/1/25) pm call CSL and explain the bruise and if I ca donate with them bruise. I was told yes. Just use my other arm. (Sweet!)

Tuesday (4/2/24) I go to CSL on national city. First thing I show my very large bruise. I am told to sit and a nurse will be with me. Nurse shows up and tells me if the bruise is more than 2 inch I can't donate. The problem is the person on the phone said I could donate.

Gabe the manager on site tells me I am not allowed to donate. Despite the person the day before saying I could donate.

Manage Gabe is brought into the room and says same thing. And added this shouldn't be an income.

I felt very angry and dismissed by his comments. I take care of my husband who has cancer and mother who is 80. And yes I rely on donating plasma. Sadly $115 a week is a big deal to me and my family.

After the meeting I was as told a doctor would call me today (4/3/15) no one called.

I called the call center for the second time. CSL NATIONAL CITY claims to of called me today, to apologize. ( another lie) No, Rob called this afternoon and wanted to document the bruise, which was documented the day before. Then he tells me I have to talk to him to be able to talk to the doctor. Guess what? No doctor called all day. Called back around 4ish and no doctor today. Tried to speak with manager and she (Sayat) hung up 3 times on me and wouldn't answer any questions.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOT!)

Called customer service and she was on the line with the National City location and then hung up. Waited 10 mins and no call back.

Seems as long as your an easy patient (donation) it's all good and once they mess up. You get black ball and hung up on... Shamefull Company!

Kimberly was the nicest and sweetest person. Her needles did not hurt. She has a great smile and laugh.

I love CSL in Dayton, Ohio. The people are friendly and it's a clean, comfortable place to donate. You will be treated fair and with kindness. You start at the check-in and everyone is patient and happy to help. I love Nan and Tierny, they treat you like your family when they check you in. They remember my kid's names and ask about them. We laugh and catch up with each other like friends do. I look forward to seeing them. After you check-in, you go to the donor floor. Alanna, Austin, Tia, and everyone on the donor floor care about your comfort and safety. They make sure all safety procedures are followed. They put you at ease and answer all your questions. Going to this CSL is like hanging out with friends a couple times a week!

CSL uses Paysign debit card to pay for donations. I had a small issue with Paysign but it was my money so I complained to CSL when Paysign refused to resolve the issue. Rather than respond to my complaint it seems they just disabled my account.

I donate at CSL Plasma Cleveland, west 25th street. It is a very clean facility and all the employees I have encountered have been pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. My questions get answered and I feel safe donating here. I get to make a little extra money and save lives at the same time. WIN WIN!

I want to see CSL plasma in Southfield to donate plasma for the second time this week. Previously, it was February 4th, but so when I went in there February 4th they told me I had to take a physical. I knew was close at 6 o'clock 1 day close. But they still allow me to take the physical took it. I want to donate and everything worked out fine. I went back today on the sixth of don't they told me that when I came in on the fourth I changed my address, I said no I wouldn't enter to donate plasma, and that was it, they sent me to the nurse because they said, I had to take a physical, I took the physical and everything was excellent and I want to donate. Somehow my address got changed. I didn't change I didn't request. I didn' plan on having to take a physical because. I was in a hurry. It was getting close to closing time and I want to donate so the employees can go home. Not to keep them at work late pass closing I wasn't even planning on a A physical, but I guess they do it every year and seem like every time they do that. They change my address. And I don't request it. And for that reason, when I want to donate today. They refuse let me donate it. They refuse to let me donate They defer me because they say I change my address. After I showed him my proof of my address and told him I didn't change my address February 4th, they still didn't let me donate but even thoughi got treated very bad by not being able to donate. I never let them cause me to change the content of my character. I said not a problem have a great day. But please find out for me why my address was changed because I did not requested. I had the same problem in July. How to show proof I have never requested CSL plasma to change my address only reason why they get my Post Office boxes because when I first joined. I told him there's my physical address. And here's where my mail go. Because I'm a federal employee and I work at different airports. And I have my mail go to my Post Office box. That's where that address first came up at Never mentioned it Again Because CLS is like a lot of places, they only use physical dress, which is fine credit card companies. Everybody else does that too is fine. No problem with that. So I had no problem with that. So I did not make any other changes. So all the changes that was made was not made by me. I explained that to them for some reason. Because the wrong buttons was pushed on their computer. I got deferred Which I never request any changes. I just want the donut plasma. I just hope good people like me.

Like they dared me For doing nothing wrong. So I'm not blaming every CSL center because of what happened to me at 1 place probably by 1 person. In my heart, I do believe c s l is a great place I know they are German company but I do believe that care for all And probably 99% of the clients are treated with honor. I just didn't like what happened to me. But I did not let it cause me to change the content of my character. I left out with a smile and told him have a great day. Just find out who changed my address because as it was not me I remember one thing my Grandma told me. It's not what happens to you in life. Sometimes it's how you deal with it so I did not get upset. Did not raise my voice did not disrespect. Anyone just told him the truth. It was not me that made any changes. I've been coming to CSL since 2023 and I've always been treated with respect. The employees are kind and patient. Cache is employed by CSL and she is exceptional. She was the first person that set me up on the machine. She's gentle and very hard working. It seems each time I come she's here. She has an amazing attitude and is efficient and professional. She ranks 1000 in my opinion. Give that Queen a raise.

I had MULTIPLE terrible experiences at the cls plasma in Roseville. The entire staff good off all day while we sit in the lines for hours as they do nothing. I got out of line after waiting 2 hours in line and I couldn't hold my pee in anymore so I ran to the bathroom and asked if the guy could hold my spot and he said yes and when I came back they told me I had to go to the end of the line and start over. Not even that every time I donated there the staff were extremely rude and don't care and they make you sit after you've donated for several minutes because they forget about you and your left there with the needle in your arm for no reason! This place It's bull$#*!. BIOLIFE was 10 million times better lines went by fast because people actually do their jobs and they get you in and out and provide you with a snack and water and staff were very helpful and nice and they had everything set up so much more organized and makes the experience a lot smoother. They are just all around a lot better so and also offer more money for first time doners almost 400 more than cls.if your considering going to cls instead of bio life don't do it! Please do your times sake

Staff is rude and never wear name tags. Get different answers from different techs on the same day! Poor skills starting IV's.

I was bruised twice at this location but it will never compare to their new employees (currently in training) attitude, she needs to be fired for her attitude and disrespect towards other patients/customer! She's lucky I wasn't able to get her name, but we will never return to this location due to that experience! My husband and I have been coming to this location for almost a year now and when this inexperienced girl came in, she messed it up for us! I'm sure she will cause more conflict with other people… be cautious!

Clients are habitually left on machines 30 minutes after completing plasma donation.

On Thursday 12/21/2023 a gentleman had been passed by twice while others were disconnected from the machine. He got angry enough to push the machine as the tech shrugged and blew him off.

Today Saturday 12/23/2023 a gentleman was so tired of waiting he got up and attempted to unhook himself from the machine.

Also today I was left waiting 30 minutes to be disconnected while the tech passed me by once.

This is not a problem where people can't wait for the techs to clean and reset one station before moving to the next.

While this is a holiday weekend and staff may not be full, the people who are here today seemed determined to as insufficient as possible.

Not good visits this week at all.

I truly understand saving lives but the pay is highway robbery. Over $2000 for a tube of plasma. And you only get $50-65 dollars. By the time you take monies off card, you basically end up with a total of $30-35. Sad. I'm over this place.

1#My sign up took over 4 hours. They still couldn't get but 1 fingerprint. 2nd the man doing the draw didn't listen to me or the other tech, he was told by the female tech...STOP! She came over bandaged my arm and proceeded to draw from the other arm. When I was done she apologized and sent me on my way, saying to return on Friday...

Friday they Refused me cause of my arm being bruised & said come back monday.Monday another male tech said he could do the draw on my left. He failed.he literally was digging and wiggling the needle in my good arm and blew a vein.he TRIED TO BLAME ME! WTH? A lady tech came by and said NO! Stop now! The lady said I'm sorry but we can't draw from you. Come back Friday late afternoon. He blew my vein and got rude and ignorant when the female tech stopped him.

Today I go in wait in the line from hell... people walking in the front door and entering the line and cutting to the front... people behind me getting angry, telling the cutters the lines back there buddy... to which he was ignored then flipped off...now I'm leery, anxious about what's about to go down in here, should I leave? Only to be called and told my arms are TOO BRUISED UP come back in a week or 2! 2 weeks?

Phlebotomist did this to me. I have pictures. I cannot believe, the ineptness of this facility. The only good thing I can say about that facility is it was clean. But too many people walking around doing nothing, laughing joking talking about what they're going to be doing tonight, I don't care neither does the clients.

Lines wrapped around the building and only two people doing vitals. Doesn't matter what time of day they're always short staffed, and the male techs have bad attitudes. Very bad attitudes.

I guess it comes from working with all the women? I really don't know and I don't care at this point.I've been in your facility now for the 4th and last time I will not be coming back.

Somebody needs to check these people out.get their priorities straight. If you can't staff it properly close the doors. People are not cattle and that's exactly how you were treated in this facility like cattle.

Thank you but no thank you.take my name off your registry. And that's another thing I was told I could not take my name off your registry? Really? I have to go through management? For what? No thank you and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Shame on you CSL Plasma! You USED to be so great...
