Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for

It's both they pay out what they must to keep the doors open, and rip you off every chance they get. The split is less than fair and it's indeed unsanitary as there is rarely soap or sanitizer in the dispensers. Urine all over the floors as repairs are neglected.

Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
