I have been a customer with Crutchfield for twenty five years now. Back then you got a nice catalog in the mail. You placed an order over the phone or by mailing in a form with a check. I nearly had a career with Crutchfield in 1997. My direct boss would have been Mark Maynerd (sorry for misspelling the name), but my poir eyesite kept me from reading the tech manual books of the time. Back then the system for tech support was done with large, thick books for wiring diagrams. I have purchased several car audio systems from Crutchfield over the years. Crutchfield has been around since the 1970s for a reason. Their customer service and technical suppirt are first rate. Keep doing what you do Crutchfield.

Their customer service literally are ignorant especially Olga as she has no clue how to solve any issue with customers! She doesn't bother if simple issue took weeks until get it solved and she has no flexibility to find alternative better solution to expedite solve it whooo how crazy are they! Please stay away from those people as their system is garbage and make very simple things more complicated! Not trustworthy place as they have no experience! I think Crutchfield management should replace their customer service to get a better reputation.

Yes, I do have many option for buying expensive electronic items. I purchased an Onkyo receiver from you a few years ago and I thought of you first when it came to buying a TV.

Your website originally said "free 2 day shipping to Arizona"; I was disappointed that it was going to take 5 days, but I chose to be patient.

The delivery date you sent me and that was posted on the UPS website in big letters said "Wednesday, July 11,2019". Since there was no delivery time listed, I started waiting for the delivery at 9:00am that morning, checking the UPS website all day; There were no update posted at all, just delivery by "end of day" so I literally sat around the house from 9:00am to 9:30pm waiting for UPS, but NO delivery.

I am bedridden most of the time and suffer from severe insomnia, so I was VERY unhappy to receive a phone call from some old hag from UPS at 6:30am the next morning with the ultimatum that "if I didn't call back within the next hour, my delivery was to be re scheduled for the next day".

This entire experience has been so aggravating for me that I canceled the order and told UPS to return the TV.

Next time, I'll purchase from Amazon or Best Buy. They have TWO day shipping and they DON'T use UPS!

Although I could have purchased my items for less from other sources, I chose Crutchfield because of their support and ReadyHarness service. The harness saved me a lot of time and headaches of wiring, and I only had to contact support for one minor issue, with a quick and easy to understand answer. I will do business here again!

I needed to replace the AM/FM stock Ford radio in my 2014 F250. The sales rep was knowledgeable and fast with setting up my order. I received my order quickly and was able to install my new Pioneer 5120 myself, the Ready Harness was a HUGE time and headache saver, very nice! The trim pieces fit and no kidding, after I figured out how to remove the dash I had my new radio installed in less than 20 minutes! Thanks Crutchfield, I will be ordering from you again!

At $200 off, i couldn't pass on this wireless sub-woofer. Actually got it for my son, who inherited my two old Klipsch reference towers and a reference center speaker (all wired). This wireless sub is just what he needed to round things out. And, as advertised, two day shipping really was two day (which considering it shipped to the West coast was friggin' amazing). P.S. This is my 4th or 5th purchase from Crutchfield -- I highly recommend them!

I found the representative to be knowledgable, and very helpful. The jvc speakers were of good quality, and the wire harnesses, and installation kit allowed me to install the speakers like I knew what I was doing. Very impressed, and I will buy again in the future.

Cruthfield has been my loyal go-to place to buy my electronics. I've got an incredible advisor (Levi) who has helped me put several systems together. I'll call him and explain what I'm interested in or looking for. I trust him so much I even ask him to piece some products together. He hasn't steered me wrong not one time.
