This wireless service is advertising unlimited text, message and data plans for a set monthly price but actually the wireless provider is breaking the data connection, video's freeze, dropped called, a low to no nternet speed.
Called several times with no ending resolution. Why would they fix an issue that they clearly created?

A $70 plan is $89. A 21% increase with charges they sneak on. It is pure exploitation. Most phone companies quit doing hidden billing due to the negative consequences it Is to long term sales and retention of customers
Cricket sold me a bad phone and I went up to the store, nobody could get the phone to work. I stayed in the store for 3 hours after leaving work at 5pm and nothing was resolved. They started a claim and said it will take up to 5 days to get fixed. Who waits for a phone to get repaired for 5 days. I have kids a job and a bunch of other important things that I use this phone for. They totally disregarded me and the phone. DO NOT GO TO Cricket. WORST SERVICE.

They claim unlimited but it is not. Also limit the user, or another force the use to have only 480p stream. Really stupid service.
Dec'21 I moved from a joint acct (paid by someone else) to my own acct using my own card. At the time I did not know that asking for my own line, I also needed to ask for my own login and the temporary info. In Jan'22 I paid online, but the phone was still off, I went to a physical location and paid. Later found out I was charged twice and I disputed one of the payments (I didn't know there was a difference) then my acct get suspended. Long story short, my acct paid someone else's bill because my phone number was still tied to their acct. <-- not my fault. After 3 days of calling, going into a location twice, I got hung up on 6times (and I kept my cool and was respectful) and had no help. They offered no amends and wanted me to pay for Jan again now upcoming month. No free month of service, $5 off, or nothing Just a bridge pay option to pay the whole amount in increments. I was not at fault and they offered nothing. Work was affected as I work from home, overdraft fees were accrued, and I suffered a great deal of lost time.
The phone service is $#*! for the price of the phones when the service isn't, customer service representative todayon3/18/2022 were very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend anyone to have service with you guys I got left with a very just satisfying taste in my mouth from this company, Mz. Wilson
Paid bill early. Unknowing that I was switching cell service. Tried to get money back for time bought that wasn't even touched,,, they refused. Don't waste ya money! Terrible company and terrible customer service!
My wife and I switch from T-Mobile to cricket spoke with the company had two iPhone set aside they couldn't figure out how to activate the two iPhones and Port my number got stuck with these two Android phones paid $400 hate the service hate the phones called cricket three times now they want to troubleshoot the phone every time they want to troubleshoot the service and won't do anything for us cricket has got to be the worst phone company out there by far do not waste your money or your time they will not do s*** for you no matter what no matter how much you spend no matter how loyal you are.
I cannot access account for 4 days. Called Cricket 2 days ago and they said its a software issue. It'll be fixed soon. Would I like to pay my bill. Since I cant access account I said not until you fix my account! Do not use Cricket. Stores are worthless when you have issues. Was told if I didn't buy from the store they wouldn't help. Customer service is equally pathetic.
I was having signal issues while at home. I called customer service and was told that they had a tower update (mind you Cricket Wireless never sent any communication about a tower update and we had problems for months!). Then 5 minutes later I received a text saying that my Samsung Galaxy 10+ was not compatible with the service. They insisted I upgrade my phones. What?! Upgrade my phone for this wack service that never works. Ummmm NO! They refused to take any responsibility for their walk service! I would NEVER suggest anyone including my enemies to use Cricket Wireless Service!
Soo why my bill is due on the 5th of every month and if not paid they turn it off on the 6h. I PAID MY BILL ON THE 5th at around 945 pm before 12am so why you he hell is my phone off?! And then made me pay the late payment of 5$ when the system tried to make me pay the hole bill and the 5$ again! This is some BS. Imma bout to go to a different company. As soon as the stores open im no longer stayin with this company any longer. I will tell everyone I know about this cause I know I'm not the only one this has happened to but I'm done with this BS
I've been having so much trouble with this service since I turn unlimited. It seems that I am limited on an unlimited plan. A very big disappointment in a company that's supposed to be decent. If they don't fix this problem I'm switching to another network service
I have a Samsung A10e which was released in 2019 (so still fairly new) and is compatible on 2,3 and 4G networks. With Crickets new "upgrade" I was told that as of 2/22/22 my phone would no longer work. But 2 weeks before that date, my phone was disconnected. I called customer service and I was advised that since my phone worked with 4G I would be ok. But then a couple days later I was shut off again. So again I called. I was told now Cricket will not be supporting my phone and I will need to get one of their phones or be disconnected. I told them I would switch but to please stop disconnecting me because I use my phone for business purposes and it was disrupting my business. I was told they noted it but again a couple days later I was shut off yet again. Same scenario same promise to not be shut off but again today, I was shut off. When I called this time, I asked to speak to a supervisor as the so called customer service woman was NOT helpful. I was put on hold and hung up on. I have been with Cricket for over 5 years and I'm very disappointed and frustrated that this is what it has come to. No help, no answers. I have to give up a phone I love and only had for 2 years just to stay on service. No thank you. I will be moving to a different carrier who lets me decide what kind of phone I get to have/ keep.

I HAD A PHONE DISCONNECTED BECAUSE I MISSED BRIDGE PAY ACCIDENTALLY AND THEY SHOW NO MERCY. I HATE YOUR CRAPPY SERVICE AS WELL CANT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THAT ANY OF THE AGENT'S SAY
THEY CONTACTED OUR COMPANY FOR HVAC REPAIRS AND STILL WILL NOT PAY OUR BILLS. I HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR SERIVCE, AND APPARENTLY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS HORRIBLY. AND, THEY CANNOT PAY THEIR BILLS...
I spent more than 5 hours collectively on the phone. The frustration over the change to 5G is incredible. First, I tried chatting online regarding my inability to get logged in. It was impossible for the agent to understand that I was not getting the text alerts. After 2 hours I gave up. I called their number this morning, fortunately I reached an agent this morning that explained emails are no longer used. I created a new account. Then proceeded to order a new phone since my old one will not work anymore. Process was rather painless, but the selection is dismal unless you want to pay. I went to order my husband's phone; system would not let me. First, I have to receive my new phone and activate it before I can place an order for the other phone even though we clearly have 2 phone numbers on file. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service, long waits, not a very well thought out plan to upgrade. I have actually been with Cricket before it was Cricket (Einstein) but I will be changing now.
What I don't like or don't agree with cricket wireless is my phone bill was due today which I paid on the same day of the payment, but they still charged me the late fee.

Answer: The bbb is definitely no help. Lawyers are out for themselves. Post the truth on every review platform you can. They work. Im a professional reviewer for a major home improvement warehouse and they do get results. Cricket is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Expose them
