Horrible company! Don't waste your time or money. I placed an order two weeks ago and have yet to receive anything, But the money has been taken out of my bank account. Poor customer service. The don't reply to email or Facebook messenger. Phone numbers don't work. Dodgy! Stay away!
**Update**Ridiculous that I had to start a dispute with paypal and write a review to get action.
**Further update** After starting a dispute with paypal and writing this review I was giving a tracking number. I have been keeping an eye on the tracking number and it still in Singapore (not right for "express") I contacted DHL to be told the package hasn't been picked up to contact the supplier. So company is carrying on with their dodge ways.
I've already bought several (mainly Seiko) watches from CW without any issues, my last order was a very nice Tissot for my mum. As I realized after ordering that my choice was more to my than my mother's taste, I could change it to another (also Tissot) model. My request via email was answered speedily (on a Sunday no less), so I could cancel and reorder, all with delivery in time for Christmas.

Invoice No. ******* dated 20th Nov 2019. I was excited and expecting seamless delivery by Creation Watches. Invoice value was INR *******. Instead they mentioned invoice value as US Dollar 7606 in the invoice that accompanied the consignment. This is 35 times more than invoice value. The import duty when levied will be more that the actual invoice value. DHL the courier Agent is not helping either other that asking for different different documents. I feel completely hapless. There is some hope if Creation Watches takes back and resends with correct invoice

I purchased a watch from CreationWatches on 5th November and its a big amount for an average Indian like me. I received the watch on 29th November after multiple follow-ups and even paid the custom charges. I was surprised to see that the package I received was incomplete because the watch model I ordered has some interesting items which were not included in the shipping package and the watch model number is also different from the one I ordered on creation watches. The original watch box which I have specifically added while placing the order was also not sent to me. Looks like they have sent me a fake watch from ebay. I tried reaching creation watches over this matter but their customer support has been unhelpful and seem to be ignoring my emails and therefore I'm forced to write this negative review. I'm actually shocked with this experience because I have decided to buy a watch from creation watches only after reading reviews which are in the range 4.8/5,4.9/5 and 5/5 on their website. I was even planning to buy a SEIKO bottle cap watch from them but now I'm thoroughly disappointed with my very first experience. I will edit and update this review if I hear anything from creation watches.

I'm deeply hurt by this response from creation watches, readers can clearly see from the photos that I have paid extra money for the original watch box and anybody who knows about the model I ordered will understand that this particular watch model comes with a round screwdriver tool and an extra strap with in the original box itself, I'm not asking them separately. The very reason I purchased this particular watch model is that interesting feature of interchangeable straps. Now tell me who's to be blamed here? And as for return I'll be gladly returning the item if they arrange somebody to pick up and give back my full refund.
Update 2: I got another response from Creation Watches after a long wait (12-12-2019) and looks like they're not willing to accept their mistake or send me the original watch box.

Its strange how their customer support keep saying they have sent the correct watch box when I have clearly added the original watch box to my order and paid extra money for it and even received an acknowledgement email from CreationWatches as seen in the photo. The watch I received is not an interesting deal without complete package and also I'm not sure about its authenticity. I could have bought something better for the money spent but looks like nothing can be done now, it's a bad shopping experience for me.

I bought watch yesterday but after I paid I my mind has changed and I wanted money return but they forcefully sell product why? No customer support. If any one buy watchs go and buy local market or other online store they are very bad never reply. Creations watches suck..

Sorry to receive a new watch with mechanical damage. This is my third order from you and the first disgusting. There were no protective films on the watch cover and dial. I hope. Fine selection of watches, at reasonable prices. The online purchasing experience was good and it was dispatched promptly. I paid for the order on 23rd Nov and had the watch in hand by the 27th, to India. Of course, one has to factor in the customs duty to be paid- one has to trust what DHL says they have paid to customs to clear the item. It seems higher than what I have calculated. It may be because the category has been mentioned as 'precision tool'. Even so, it was cheaper than what it is priced locally in India, from the dealership.
My only gripe is that my phone number could have been mentioned in the airway bill, which would have helped the courier to locate me.

Not mentioned the import/export duty charges. I paid the double of the product (one time for product and second time for custom duty) It would be better for me if i purchase from local.

I am very pleased with the purchase, since the watch (seiko sports snzh57) is gorgeous in real life. The package arrived in 10 working days, and that's the fastest ever from anywhere in Asia. Minus one star for horrible generic box and pouch. The description says "Shipped in Seiko watch box with all the watch documents"

CONS:
The import duty was half the original price of the watch! This nullifies the only reason why you'd wanna buy from a grey market dealer and not from a Authorised Dealer. A little bit more transparency regarding this would be appreciated.
