I received my watch promptly however problems started when I had to return it back. I was requested to send some photos of the watch and wait for further instructions, which I did. After a few days writing back and forth I finally received the approval and instructions as to where I could return the watch. I sent it back as per instructions. I received confirmation from Australian Post that the watch was received by Creation Watches a week ago. I emailed Creation Watches saying that I still have not recived the refund, to which they replied and confirmed that they received the watch and will issue a refund soon. After a few days I emailed them back again saying I still have not received any refund, its been a week now since they received the parcel and on the website its written they issue refunds within 24 hrs. From when they receive it. This time I received the email saying that they have not received the watch and will issue the refund once they receive it! So I emailed them back with a screenshot of website from Australian Post confirming that the parcel was received by Creation Watches a week ago and they confirmed with me that they received it! Im still waiting to hear back from Creation Watches. I think that the whole process of returning the watch is appalling and I hope this company is not a scam and I will receive my refund asap. Otherwise will be taking the matter further. Will write another review soon to provide update about the return process.

I have had the unpleasant experience of falling for this scam company. If you are considering purchasing from creation watches my advice is, set fire to your money. The outcome is the same and you won't experience the stress and frustration of constantly emailing these people only to realise you've been had.
If you're still considering purchasing from these people then please get in touch with me and I'll sell you some fresh air from Yorkshire. We don't use any packaging to protect the environment and I'll employ sally and Vanya to deal with your rage after you finally realise you've been robbed.

Ordered a watch end March and paid via Paypal. Today, May 7th still no watch. Communication with Creationwatches is poor and getting straight answers is even more troublesome. Sure, covid19 delays worldwide shipments however the parcel got lost after being dispatched from Singapore on April 4th, as there aren't any tracking updates after that date. The local postal confirmed they didn't receive the parcel yet CreationWatches expects customers to keep on waiting. For what.

Customer Service, satisfaction... customer first isn't their priority. When all goes well you're good to go, when you need them to sort things out... well, you're left on your own. Keep that in mind when you buy from CreationWatches.com

Ho acquistato un Seiko Skx007k2 il 27 febbraio, spedito con il servizio postale e non con Dhl. Il 3 marzo il pacco era già a Milano. Peccato essere capitato nel periodo sciagurato del Covid-19 xchè in poco più di una settimana avrei avuto l'orologio consegnato. Il pacco è stato fermo in dogana 1 mese ma alla fine la consegna è stata effettuata. Pagato iva 22% ma questo lo sapevo già sono tasse dovute e non in carico a Creation Watches. Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto, l'orologio è perfetto e arrivato nella sua confezione, incluso cartoncino per la garanzia firmato e timbrato. Ottimo!

Creation watches provided the option of free DHL shipping to my provided address in India, which I chose. Unfortunately after waiting for more than a month during which time I was always told by Creation Watches that my "watch will be delivered soon", nothing happened. Even DHL stopped responding mentioning a weird clause that my address is "not serviceable". I do not understand why they picked up the parcel at all if the address was "not serviceable". My request to refund my money was also not responded to by Creation Watches. Ultimately I had to complain to Paypal who ruled in my favour and permitted a full refund. I am yet to receive the money in my account, but I believe Paypal refunds take about 2 weeks time to show up on credit card accounts. However Creation Watches failed miserably. They have good watch collection at great price, but they cannot ship properly, so you might end up getting nothing.

Hello. I bought two seiko watches. Only one came and its been 3 weeks since they responded to me. I told them everyday for the past week im done with this company and i want to return the watch i have and a refund for the one that is missing. Not one person has responded to me. This is a false advertising site and they will take your money and not send you what you ordered. I cannot believe this right now. I WANT A REFUND AND LABEL TO RETURN THE ONLY WATCH I RECIEVED.

My first experience with Creation and everything went smoothly. I admit I was a little hesitant at first about ordering but now I'm glad I did. They have an awesome selection of watches at unbeatable prices. Some models that either you can't find in the U.S. or are already sold out at other retailere. I got me a Citizen NJ0090-81E automatic with sapphire crystal. BEAUTIFUL. That's all I have to say. Came brand new, pristine (not a scratch or fingerprint on it), I was also able to verify that it was authentic.

Ordered on a Friday, shipped on a Monday, received on that Thursday morning. Less than a week turnaround. Well-packaged and super secure. Came in the Citizen box (which I paid a little more for), and the whole watch was lined in plastic for protection. Just AMAZING. This is my first Creation purchase and it won't be my last.
