I ordered a Citizen Calandrier for my husband's Christmas present, at an amazing price. It came in the original box in perfect condition and arrived 3 days early. I was expecting to receive an email from DHL asking for import duties, which I had budgeted for, but this didn't happen, so all good. I would definitely use this company again.
I bought Orient Triton, everything was excellent! Good price, nice communication via email, watch are without original box, but I dont care.

My shopping experience was awful for two reasons:
1) CreationWatch did never mention I had $ 99 customs taxes to pay in addition of the watch price (#!@! Grrr)
2) The shipping partner of CreationWatch, DHL, was as bad as it can possibly be: the delivery kept delayed and hold on for almost 5 days in the DHL facility close to my place.
So I'd say (trying to keep polite) that you better stay away from that website and rather shop ANYWHERE else.

I was looking for a seiko 5 and orient bambino, the prices from local retailers in Australia are above the roof, most of them don't even stock them, i found creation watches to be excellent on prices and shipping, they have huge selection of quality affordable watches and the shipping is quite good, would love to buy from them again

The watch just arrived in 4 days form Singapur to Ireland, trough DHL where you can find all the information of the steps for your delivery, the watch + box + guaranteed card are just amazing, the price was 120 less than market price in here even with the duty and VAT taxes was 90 cheeped than any shop in DUBLIN. More than happy with my perder, I'm fully recommend

I received my watch 2 days ago and the watch came with a scratch and i accepted that and was not going to contact you about it but i just noticed that its not accurate at all, the watch is working fine seconds is moving and hours and minutes but its not reflecting the correct time, i set it up to the correct time every 1 hour it delay 20 minutes. Please take it back up and refund my money.

This was supposed to be duty free, but unfortunately dealer had made original value bill, not gift pack. And that cost me at more than what i could have at local price. No happy with poor service.

Free international shipping is very good merit comparing to other online shops. But that was even quite fast with safe packaging.and with immediate feedback.

Always be prepared to lose money when buying from Creation Watches. They offer low prices but poor customer service. Even if they send you a faulty watch, they will refuse to pay for return shipping costs.
I bought a Seiko SRPB39K1 with an automatic movement that can be hand wound, but the crown would not wind the watch. I had to return the watch at a cost of $30 AUD. I wanted a replacement but none were available. Creation refunded the purchase price but still left me $30 out of pocket.
Be aware of their conditions before you give them your money.

I was unaware that I would have to pay additional customs duty and Royal Mail costs for delivery in the UK (£19.71) on a £72 purchase, I thought the price was too good to be true when compared to the same product on Amazon

Received my Seiko 5 within 10 days from Singapore to India. Watch came nicely packed with international warranty card and user manual. Have been using it for 2 days straight and I love it. My only hesitation in buying from Creation watches again would be the hefty custom duty I got charged. Indian customs charged me 3500 rupees on a 6k watch. More than 50% of the cost. Still I applaud creation watches for their excellent service. Hence the 5 stars.

I've bought several watches from Creation Watches. They are always incredibly competitively priced and usually arrive within 48 hours of confirmation of the order. Provided that you pay the duty as soon as you see the tracking link, the package won't be held at UK customs and so it's very often delivered the same day it arrives in the U. K.
