Very fast delivery within a week. Item as ordered and well packaged. Manual was missing though.
If you're ordering from the US don't waste your money! If you need to return the product you will never get your money back.
This was my first dealing with this company, and the made it as easy as could bem there was a minor problem and they resloved it and followed u with e mailwithin miniutesm the shipping was handled with ucanny speed and I received item a full day early which I never believe! They will have a life long customer from me from now on

This is now the third watch I've purchased from CreationWatches.com and I couldn't have been more pleased with each purchase. First, their prices can't be beat by any other site that I've been able to find, and their selection is huge. Their customer service is excellent, keeping the buyer informed every step of the way until the watch arrives, and the item is exactly as depicted on their site. And they pack the watch very well for international 'travel.'Last, their standard 3-day FedEx service is a real plus. One suggestion which would be a nice touch... set the watch to the correct time for its destination before it ships!
