Very disappointed with this company, ordered watch as a present it arrived damaged. Got in touch by e-mail as the phone line for UK is just an answering service telling you to email them. Email got passed to someone called Justin who told me all watches are checked prior to being dispatched. After a number of days emailing he finally said I could return for an exchange, this was a Xmas present for my husband. Anyway, watch cost £14.73 to return and according to my tracking arrived in 5 days but according to creation watches it was about two weeks by which time there was no watches the same type in stock. I got told that I would get the delivery charge refunded "shortly" this was over a month ago! So now I have no watch and am £14.73 out of pocket. The customer service is atrocious. The website showed that the watch was in stock so I ordered it again, money came out if bank then next day I got an email telling me that sorry watch is not in stock and we will refund you shortly. This is the worst Internet company I have ever dealt with.

Tonight the Bookkeeping of Epson Italia called me and she asked if I had bought a watch because Italian Custom and Federal Express invoiced to Epson Italia about 18,22 and 10.80 Euro, respectively. Now I am in a big trouble: I could even be dismissed because I took advantage to charge the payment of Custom and shipping fee to Epson Italia.
You wrote to me that you never had problem with custom and that the shipment was free. I put in the order to you C/O (CARE/OF) EPSON ITALIA etc etc that is the address of my work office because no one is at home during the day but you make the mistake to ship to Epson Italia, so I paid the watch but Epson Italia paid the Italian custom and the Fed Exe shipment.

I am very upset and worried on what it could be happen next week.

More that that the box containing the watch is not Seiko original and the Warranty it is just an anonimous stamp on the instruction book: I wonder if the official maintenace network in Italy would accept to repair the watch in case of problems.

I received my Seiko Premier watch okay. It was well packed and delivered within 3 days by Fedex from SG to PER AU. Right price, free Fedex shipping to AU and a wide choice of watches. It went only 2 hours from I ordered my watch untill it was sent. Great customer service and a lot of nicely priced watches. Only reason why I not give it 5 stars, is because they use FedEX. FedEX international seems OK, only two days from Singapore to Norway. But FedEx Norway is absolutely hopeless. They've had the watch for 5 days, and their distribution central is about 40km away from my office, and I still have no watch. So FedUP by FedEX.

The watch was delivered to my home in Norway Thursday, only three days after I placed my order. That's the fastest I've ever had a delivery from Asia, and still the shipping cost was included in the purchase price. Fantastic!

The Seiko SKX009 both looks great and runs great. Very good lume and a dial that's very easy to read. At this price, the watch is a sure best buy. I've put on a mesh bracelet which gives the watch a very cool retro look. I'm happy, it's been a pleasure dealing with you, and I will surely buy from you again!

I read about this site from a foroum. The first visit to the site was a pleasant expirience. Everything was clearly and userfreandly ther to get ingirmed and to decide about thinks to buy. The prices, very attractive, compering to my european experience. After i pleaced my order i recieved very soon e-mails with proposals about the sipping process, every time i answered or i had something to ask the respons was immediate. The package of the item was adecuate and the item itself as described. To make the story sort the expirience i had with creationwatches was positive and the boys will be high in me list for future orders.

I was surprised to find such a solid and dependable watch site online. Not only are the details and displays very clear (believe me some sites are not) the whole operation from viewing to checkout went very smoothly as did the delivery. 5 Stars from me would have been very well deserved, had the watch arrived perfectly fully charged and with the correct date and time on it. As it was, I would still give it 4.9 Stars. From ordering to receiving took about a week, but this may have more to do with the Australian Postal Service because I was thinking that 3-4 days would have been about right. I am delighted with the whole transaction and will definitely buy from Creation Watches again.
