Excellent service, good watch, far better than as shown in pics. Only sour point is customer service through telephone is not reachable. This is my third watch from Creation watch and surely will buy in future.

Ordered an Orient watch that is described as "Made in Japan" with the Japan made model number. However, when I received the watch, it is not the "made in Japan" model with a different model number. I contacted Creationwatches and waited for several days, finally received a reply saying the one I received "is" the one I ordered. I then sent the picture of the watch I ordered with the model number and still, several days later Creationwatches replied the one I received "is" what I ordered. The email messages going back and forth and painfully slow in response from Creationwatches. Finally, I threatened to give bad review and let everyone I know not to buy from Creationwatches. They finally agreed a return and refund. I returned and provide them with a tracking number. A few days later I received an email message saying the refund will be issued "in due time." I waited for two weeks without the refund being issued and had to file dispute with my credit card company. At the end, I did get a refund but the dealing with Creationwatches is a very painful experience. I recently found two watched at Creationwatches I would like to purchase. Due to the experience i sent an email message to Creations to ask for a confirmation that they do have the two watched I plan to order, after a week, still no response from Creatonwatches. Guess they don't care about the request and don't want my business at all.

One star is too much. I buy a watch as the site says free delivery and ask them about the costums fees they reply thats very low but when the package arrived in greece i had to pay double the price. Ask them to sent it back and refund me as i haven't took the package yet and the accepted. It's been over a month since they took back the package they doesn't give my money back and also they reply to mails with auto response that they working with their team for that. I will report them to the competent authority of their country

In January this year I bought a Seiko divers watch from Creation Watches and I live in the UK. Creation Watches are based and export watches from Singapore, so while their prices look great on their website, you will pay taxes/vat etc on top of the purchase price, so beware, the deal is not as good as you may think. I think they let you know that in the FAQ's, but it's not clear on the website.
The watch is 10 months old and came with the Seiko instruction book and guarantee document in a Seiko box. I think it is the genuine article and I was very happy with the watch. It was worn everyday but when I woke up one morning a few weeks ago it had just stopped working. I contacted Seiko in relation to their worldwide guarantee to be told (which is also in the guarantee booklet, now I have looked) that they only provide warranty for watches bought from their appointed Seiko watch dealers. The new Seiko booklets and their website now specifically says it will not provide warranty for watches from 'grey' dealers. Creation Watches are not appointed dealers. Upon contacting Creation Watches via email multiple times, all you get is what appears to be automated replies from 'Vanya' and 'Sally'. Eventually today, they offered me $10USD towards a watch repair if I get it done locally, again this may be automated because I got two emails saying the same just 5 minutes apart. I have now requested a replacement watch or a refund, because there are many reviews of people sending their watches back for them to be never seen again and constant chasing ensues.
I cannot be sure how this saga will end, but for sure, I would not be buying a watch again from Creation Watches because it seems certain, they have no manufacturers or consumer warranty and terrible customer service.

I never received the product, the tracking number says it was delivered but doesn't say if it's my home or not so I think it's a scam,
The site refuses to help me and sends me back to the post office, which it sends me back to them, very easy for them to deceive the buyer and you won't be able to do anything about it!

The site clears customs by giving a tracking number which is false, there is no proof of delivery. They do this on purpose to reply once every 2 months by email to save time.

UPDATE: 9 months later they say they did an investigation but never got back to me, no refund, no proof of receipt because i never signed anything this is a scam, the other comments are bogus

This is a vintage style watch, kind of nostalgic. Very accurate, gained around 1 second in 10 days. Like it. Has accually 3 watches inside: 2 digital and 1 with analog hands. Small size fits well to my wrist. Numbers could be bigger, or I maybe need glasses.
Like it.
Cost me only 25 euros including registered mail. It took a while until it arrived, but its fine.
