Had an aggravating experience with an "800" competitor. Wanted to make a CPAP purchase during 2016 since my deductibles were paid up and I'd get favorable reimbursement. This was mid Dec, so there was plenty of time and I already had a RX from my Doc. Was made to jump through so many hoops, I cancelled and gladly paid a cancel fee. Then I called CPAP.com, long story short, had a great conversation with an upbeat and knowledgeable representative. My CPAP machine was inbound, and arrived 2 days later. Very pleasant experience. Even got a cheaper price.
Had a problem with an autopap machine I purchased from CPAP.com. Falisha was able to confirm the machine is still under warranty and provided me with return instructions for repair or replacement. Offered me a rental machine but I have a back-up. Great service! Thanks, Falisha!

Sold me a defective product. They pulled the product from their site soon after selling it to me, and said it was because the product was defective. But, they said they can't give me a refund, because the manufacturer wouldn't give them a refund. Like that's my fault. Update: Yeah, they have a nice public reply here, but I've been in contact with them privately about the issue. They offer nothing in private. They just want to look good in public. Don't fall for these PR tricks.

If you have grown tired of middle men providers that charge you co-pays that are higher than stuff you can buy from this company, you won't be disappointed in the prices CPAP.com. I quit the middlemen years ago when they wanted me to pay $1200 for a machine that I found at CPAP for $300. I bought 4 of them, and for different locations. Their customer service is great, and responsive. I missed out on two discounts recently by several hours and twenty five cents. I called and talked to Tylisa C because I was a bit bummed, having spent $270 and missed each discount. She made the extra effort for me and I got a little discount. That made me happy. No I don't get insurance reimbursement - I tried, and it was a circus. But my expenses for parts through CPAP are very affordable and they carry all sorts of older parts. I create my own mask out of a Swift FX, and use Breeze individual soft nasal pillows - cutting off the ones swift makes and inserting the Breeze-better fitting ones-into the Swift mask. I haven't used their cool try out a mask to see if you like it yet, because I like my own set up, but it seems like a good way to try new stuff. I still have left over hoses and parts from the services that used to send me stuff every month. Gradually I am using these old things up. Then I buy only what I need from CPAP.com. It really is cheaper in the end, and you're not supporting the 'steal from the government middlemen.'

My sister-in-law moved from NC to TX so we don't have full medical for her yet and when her CPAP mask broke we had a real problem. CPAP.COM had the headgear but it said prescription required (don't have that yet). Laura, bless her heart, showed me how to order the individual parts (they don't require a prescription) to end up with what we need.
