Bought a new humidifier for a devillbis machine, put it into the machine and it didn't work. Called cpap and was told that after water was put into it could not be returned. How is anyone to find out if it is functional if they don't try it? Certainly will not get my order for a new machine when it is due in 2018. Only had the humidifier for less than 2 weeks.

The Doctor wrote an RX for my husband after his sleep apnea test. I had to wait for the money and found a false site they said was Cpap.com and it was not. When I called I was told the RX had not been signed by his Doctor and that is was not a real RX. I called the hospital to speak to the Doctor who wrote the Rx on a Friday and the nurse never called me back. The Chat person with Cpap.com closed the chat on me. I had used a few choice words because I was so frustrated. Then this company cancelled my order without my permission even though I had paid for it. They told me I would have to wait until the money was back in my bank because of their human error. I spoke with a manager who would not let me speak to the owner and I finally did. But I had to hang up on people who were trying to stop me from calling the owner. One week has passed and still no machine because the Fed-Ex man delivered it to the wrong address I suppose. I forgive them but my husband has suffered and I have too over this mess. Shame on Cpap.com and not placing the customer first. The Fed -Ex people had to be called for a tracking number and then the neighbor brought it to us in the package. Instructions for set up are very small. Read the entire manual and use distilled water and safety with water and electricity. You can call Cpap and they will help you with the set up if you do not have a professional or cannot take it to a respiratory therapist. We ordered two masks so we could get the right fit. My first review has been edited. If things had worked out as planned, all would have been better so read the reviews and I give this Company a 3 or 4. This is a medically necessary machine and many people who do not have a medical background may not understand the importance of the process. Do not hesitate to get help on the phone or take it in and do not have anyone work on it that would void the warranty. If one does not complain then no one learns from our mistakes. I will use them in the future Good L-rd wiling.

Crystal helped me last week when my order had been delayed but I'd not seen the email asking for clarification on the settings of my machine. After receiving it, it turns out it's not quite the machine I want so she helped me today with arranging for the return. I'm sure I will be continuing to 'shop' so hopefully she can help me in the future too.

Could not get Nuance tube to hook to cpap tube. Crystal was very patient and instructed me on what to do. She hung on twice while I tried. Finally success. She kept us from totally losing it! Great job Crystal!

I am in the market for a new travel size CPAP, but the amount of options are overwhelming. Fortunately I got in touch with CPAP.com Live Chat and spoke with Shannon. She put together 3 different machines and compared them to each other. Made my decision much easier.

WARNING: Don't order from this site. In my humble opinion this is a scam site. They did not send my order and did not follow up on their obligations to help me get the product I ordered. I ordered a mask and headgear and they asked for my prescription. I had a prescription and sent it over 4 times. They would not give me a snail mail address to send it nor did they contact me as agreed to get my doctors info. I think they want to add charges to get a prescription from a doctor affiliated with them. This, in my opinion, is another aspect of the scam - charge you excessively for a prescription from their doctor friend and get a kickback.

Great at selling, poor at support. I purchased a Z1 and spent close to 1000. 00 at purchase. This is my second time sending it back for repairs and it takes up to 6 weeks with loaner program. I don't think they understand the need for people to use the equipment! If i can go 6 weeks i probably wouldn't need it

I purchased badly needed CPAP replacement mask, parts and supplies. I opted to go with their "free shipping" on purchases over $100 special offer which was slightly slower but kept the cost of my purchase down. The package never arrived. Their choice of shipping was FedEx. I started an investigation with FedEx as to where the package went, but was told it could be up to a week... FedEx told me to contact CPAP.com and request a replacement package, and FedEx would send the original directly to CPAP.com when and if it was located. CPAP.com's answer? NO. I have to wait and see what happens with FedEx and THEN CPAP.com will consider doing something about it. The customer service representative basically said that since I opted for ground shipping it was not guaranteed. What? I went with the shipping that CPAP.com recommended and endorsed with their "free shipping" deal, but I guess it was my failure in choosing that option AND expecting my shipment to actually make it to me. I chose to buy my supplies online because I did not like how my medical provider treated me like they were doing ME a favor and could be as slow or rude as they wished. I've done a lot of shopping online and have had packages go missing once or twice over the years, but other vendors sure were a lot more eager to make right on the situation. I'm disappointed and now stuck waiting even longer and sleeping with a slowly failing mask.

I wish all businesses were conducted in the same manner as cpap.com. I am a new cpap user, and I have had amazing personal over-the-phone service from every representative with whom I have spoken. These folks should be training reps from other companies in true service to the customer. The reps take the time to listen and respond to each question or query, and their voices remain focused on your needs. Thank you!

After trying to get a CPAP from a well know medical supply company in Santa Rosa, Ca. And was spoken to like my business didn't matter and fighting with me on insurance and then when said I will pay cash and sending me to their website. I found out how they gouge customers. I found this site and the service was extremely good, the price was 1/2 and the pointed me in the best direction. They also can ship it to me overnight at no charge Which the other company was taking over 7 days with no results. CPAP.com was able to order me one in 20 minutes.
These guys are great and I wish I could remember the lady who sold me the CPAP, she was great!

Excellent customer service. Had questions about batteries/charging systems for travel orientated mini type CPAP. All were answered with detail and beyond my expectation. Product pricing is the lowest I have seen for CPAP supplies. Highly recommended.

I have bought all of my resupply CPAP products and a CPAP from this website and I have to say they don't always get everything perfect, but they make up for it with their amazing costumer support!

Support service is quick, accurate, and understanding and I have never had a problem that they could not fix within a week.

Not only that but their products are better value than what insurance will ever quite you, unless you are in a premium insurance plan, but honestly I just find their business to be straight forward and a lot more freeing to people that simply cannot afford premium prices.

Also they have quarterly deals that can be up to 20% off which is not hard to find at all and it applies to the total of the cart. Where most other sites just apply the discount to one item. (Which is much less of a deal)

She answered all my mundane questions, offered up comparison charts relevant to my purchase and alleviated all my fears for making such an expensive but necessary purchase. I was going to pay over $3,000 for the same machine with fewer bells and whistles from a local medical equipment provider, boy am I glad I didn't. This site is helpful, cost effective, and more user friendly than others I searched on also.
