I had never dealt with CPAP before. Recently a family member over seas needed to order one and I received his sleep study report and recommendations. I contacted 1800CPAP on the phone first and and then also went in the store. Both Staff members I talked to were super helpful in explaining products and how to process international orders. I listened to their advices and was able to order everything online. Came in a well packaged box very quickly and I was able to send overseas with someone traveling. They haven't received yet but equipment is very user friendly. Thank you for your great service and support.
My previous mask ( cloth nasal) is no longer available in the UK. The ones provided in our NHS are not suitable for me so it was a huge relief to find them on your site

Ordered the best in rest chin strap. Looks really good but found it does not hold its tension long. Had to retighten every night and was close to running out of adjustment. For the cost of this product I should get a much longer use from it.
I liked the shopping experience and price. Disappointed in how long it took just to ship it. Also the item was supposed to be OEM but was just in a plastic bag not original packaging. Told it was actual OEM. It appears to be but didn't like the the situation.

I went on eBay and found exactly what I was looking for which is not easy to find. But I found it and was a little nervous if it would fit or not but the description the seller gave was so good and it just snapped right into place and I'm so pleased. I just wish she had more.
I ordered the correct humidifier chamber for my set up, but got one that does not have a connector for the hose to my SoClean. They have not responded. It has been over a week.
Sales people should ask for the model/type of machine to make sure the item requested is correct, I spoke to a person ordered what I thought was correct but its not and can't return it because I opened the bag and there isn't a way to tell until I tried to put cushion to the head piece, I'm stuck with a $54 cushion that is useless to me! Again I spoke to a person and ordered.
Ordered new headgear to replace Nuance Pro. Worked out pretty well. Unit was exactly as described. Had 3 diff size pillows to try out.
Overpriced for what it is, and the "International Priority" shipping I paid extra for took 6 days instead of the promised 1–2. Definitely not worth the extra money.

The 30 day mask guarantee is not well identified when going to order period the only reason why we ordered a mask is because we thought we were buying one that was part of the thirty day mask guarantee program
Never ordered because it said my insurance didnt pay anything they was suppose to get back to me in few days after talking with insurance and they never bothered getting back to me
My insurance by the way paid 80% of it with another company who called me back next day
The medium sized nose piece is no longer available in Canada as far as I can tell. It came quickly by FedEx and is the correct item that I need for my equipment. The fit is excellent.
I have used them for many years to replace masks, filters, hoses, etc. I have never been disappointed. They sell quality, name-brand supplies and they ship quickly.
I'm very satisfaced with the service and I 'm in love with my cpap machine. If I need to use this service again on the future I won't hesitate.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
