Best Mask Ever

After 30 years on a CPAP found the best mask ever It is a Solo Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask Fit Pack. SHU: SCPISMLA. Don't know how they make the head gear but it is different from all the other mask I have tried. Very comfortable. Also needed a new machine. All I had to do is take a picture of the settings on the display and they got me hooked up. Bought a AirCurve 10 V Auto. Very satisfied.

Ordered a head harness "F20" for my ResMed 11, but it turned out to be too small. I didn't even get to attach it to the face cup/mask before it became quickly obvious that it was too small. Contacted your company, where I was informed, in a polite manner that I could not return it. That's it!

Replacing equipment

I was not aware to replace tubing or how often. Once I was ready to order the prescription had to be renewed. But specifically Dr notes, specific equipment on the Dr notes. Getting what was required specifically, took about 8 phone calls to Desert Medical. Often no one available for the calls. Once contacted, they were helpful.

Water chamber

This chamber is smaller than the one that came with my machine. It is still do able my water chamber was square at the bottom. This one has a circle at the bottom. All I was looking for was something to replace my other water chamber and I found it at 1800CPAP.com.

Rescued

I was struggling getting supplies from my supplier of 15 years. 2-3 years ago they were bought by major medical company. Once that happened getting supplies has been a crap shoot. Good 3 -6 months, then I'm suddenly in no one's system. Then good again...get the point. So I finally decided to try 1800CPAP and received my order within days and at significantly lower price for same items. I was rescued. Thank you!

The V-Com device solved the harsh and sudden surge of air pressure that my Resmed machine was doing. It's a simple baffle but it remedies something that local technicians couldn't quite understand.
