I ordered a cpap, my wife ordered another as a gift. I called the same day I received yours, talked with Carol or Carla? To return the package. I was told that she will send an emeil with instructions to return the package which it never happened. Bad service, and I would not order from your company again, I'll pay a few bucks more and purchase it from another source that have a better service.
Apparently only "some" masks have a 30 day trial while others do not. Called customer service and they were horrible.
Very comfortable. Like Trump, 1800 cpap Making America Great Again! Sleepy Joe should have used this.
First, they had an item that had been long discontinued and crucial to me, so that made me real happy. Second, their price was completely reasonable, unlike any other vendors (scalpers!) Third, I wanted to try and put a claim with my insurance and they were very helpful, which they didn't have to do. Overall - admirable!

After giving the wrong address you reached out to me to me several times to let me know the order was not deliverable to the address i sent, i also received a phone call asking me if it was correct. After the correction my order came within a couple of days and was totally satisfied with the nasal mask and it was so much better than the full face mask i was using. The customer service to correct and make sure i received the order was really first class. Kudos to your team members and your company, you are now the only cpap company i will use of all my needs. This was my second try at using a CPAP machine. The first was marred by my own inexperience and an insurance company looking over my shoulder. This time, I bought the machine with my own money. No insurance company looking over my shoulder. No third-party meddling. Your company did a wonderful job, and the machine is working great.

I've been using EPAP for just over a year. Only for travel at first but fulltime now. I am happythat I don't have to be tethered to pap machine. Epap works for me. Not thrilled with the snap band, wish it was adjustable with velcro. Very happy with 1800cpap and the customer support that I've only needed to get setup and using epap. Shipping is fast and product well packaged

They say resmed changed the tub in their cpap machine and shipped the new one that doesn't seat well…. It very clearly is not the right tub for my equipment……would not refund
I didn't have any problems with the seller and they even contacted me with a question about how I wanted it set up.

We needed supplies. We found you online. We purchased. You shipped. Everything worked. However, we have since been badgered with ceaseless promotions. It's irritating. If it continues, there is a good chance we'll never use you again. You have lots of competitors. I've been using a CPAP for 33 years and I know I don't need to replace masks as often as you think I do. I clean my equipment regularly and take care of it so it lasts.
Getting the sleep study machine sent, returned and then results was a completely easy process. Purchased a refurbished machine and it has been great!

Answer: Hello Martin. We are a self pay company and therefore do not contract with insurance companies. In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
