I didn't know what I needed as I had a hodgepodge of parts cobbled together to make it work and now it failed. She explained to me that she would resolve it on the call and then gave me options for my selection when items were out of stock. Good technically and customer skills were superb

For some unknown reason my normal CPAP supplier that calls every 3 months for me to order supplies have failed for 9 months to send me a Heater Hose for a Dream Machine. No explanation given. I went to this site and lo and behold a heater hose was available, no problem, I ordered it and it came within a reasonable amount of time. Go figure why my normal supplier could not do this!

I am pleased with shopping my CPAP equipment. The cost was cheaper than other places I shopped for the same equipment. Shipping was fast. Satisfied with this company and I do recommend to anyone who needs to purchase CPAP equipment and supplies.

I am always a little leary of ordering from small unknown (to me) websites but this one accepted PayPal so I knew my information would be safe. I also Googled the company address and it was legit.

I ordered a CPAP mask and it arrived within a few days. I received emails along the way letting me know my order process. Everything was sealed and authentic. I will be placing more orders in the future.

Happy with supplies and less than my copay to get them with insurance! Go figure that one out!

The rep that took my order was extremely helpful. I purchased a refurbed Resmed Airsense 10 Auto and she took the time to find me a machine with less than 300 hours. Practically brand new. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately I forgot her name. Been Shopping with 1800CPAP for over five years and and never had any issues. Will not shop anywhere else.
