I found a CPAP mask I was very interested to try. It arrived in a few days. This product came with a 30 day risk free trial that I ended up taking advantage of. The mask was fine but I have a facial structure that challenges every CPAP mask I've tried. The associates at 1800CPAP were very helpful, attentive, and communicative. After contacting them to start the the return I was quickly issued a credit balance for anything on their web site.

This is the second time I purchased these wipes and they work great for cleaning your mask. Before I got on medicare I purchased a lot of my CPAP supplies from 1800CPAP.com and they were always great to deal with and the y still are. I now get them though my local clinic through medicare but I would highly recommend using 1800CPAP.

So I ordered a mask after my previous one had broken in half. I purchased them both through 1800cpap, but on this occasion, one day later, it became available to get 6 feet of free tubing with an order. When I called about it and explained that I had just bought a mask the previous day a customer service agent told me that I didn't order my mask until the day before the sales promotion for the item became available. They told me since I did order my mask during the promotion that I couldn't get the tubing. I'm pretty dissatisfied with that response considering how long I've been a customer. How do you get loyal customers, if all you do is cater to new ones? I'm really at the point where I'm thinking I need to be looking somewhere else. It seems to me that being loyal to a company doesn't mean anything anymore.
I have purchased two of these. One will be used for a travel one. They work great. Great price on the refurbished ones.

The service department was most helpful with product replacement and shipping. A request to change the visa charge from a Canadian charge card to my American visa was denied. The process is a simple accounting matter at no cost to the company, however the cost to me was an additional $ 100.00 due to exchange cost. The card was used in error. Not pleased. A simple request. Management couldn't be bothered. Not happy.
I appreciated the quick delivery service, as always! Sorry I don't have 100 characters in me right now and this part of the experience isn't good. Don't force me to say more than I need to. You need to remove this requirement if you want further reviews from me. Is this long enough now?

My cpap hit its 22K hour limit, and since it worked so efficiently, I hadn't been to my sleep Dr in years. 1800cpap has a very straightforward process that let me purchase a new cpap without going back to my dr and I'm so happy with my new machine.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
