I ordered a number of CPAP products. Any questions could be dealt with over the phone or as I did via e-mail. It was answered in a prompt manner. Delivery was a few days before scheduled, which was a bonus as it was international. I have bought through 1800CPAP on a number of occasions, each time no problems. Prices are very competitive.

As the magnetic full face headgear clips were vital to face mask wearing
I was disappointed in how long delivery took to arrive.
There appeared to be delay at Jakarta airport clearing customs.
In addition to the shipping cost of USD 39.78 I had to pay Fedex extra $6 to clear before
Releasing the clips.

Headgear is tighter than I remember.
After adjustment and 3 times wear, all appears to be functioning well.
Remember to release the headgear from both magnetic catches before removal of the headgear, otherwise damage may occur.

Delivery was excellent and timely. I am pleased with the mask, tubing and tube cleaning brush that I ordered. All are of excellent quality especially the mask. It is comfortable and gives a good seal, consequently I get a much better and complete sleep. I shall re-order when needed and recommend to other CPAP users.
I did not order 3 face masks. I thought I was ordering gaskets that go inside the machine behind the water contain.
