The items sent arrived quicker than expected which was great. Unfortunately, the mouth mask that I purchased is pretty much unusable and I had the worst night's sleep in a long time. I've had to go back to using the full face mask and the purchase I made of this item and the postage costs were a complete waste of money. But, we live and learn. Not your fault of course.
Found what I need - Airfit P10 pillows at reasonable prices, not at the price gouging I've seen elsewhere, including on Amazon.

Purchased a sleep study and then a new Luna travel CPAP. First night I used the travel CPAP, the noise was unbearable. It sounds like someone running a vacuum in the bedroom. I called customer service and the agent said the travel units were naturally louder. I understand that. It is advertised as 39 decibels. My old unit is 26 decibels. Very little difference. I sent a video with the sound to the agent. She agreed that was abnormal. She escalated my issue. Another agent reached out and said he would be contacting Luna but said they are difficult about returns. A week later he said Luna said that was within specs. I asked to just return the unit. Another week had gone by and they say they are still working on my return. What is there to work on? I need to return this. No word in the last week.

The last 3 Dream face masks and hoses have the same issue. In the middle of the night the air hose comes off and the CPAP is not helping at all. I have washed a lot of my money on this and think I will find a company that will help get this resolved
Lately, my mask has been having issues by coming apart in the part that goes together from soft to hard. They are not paying attention to quality control. We pay a lot of money for a mask.
Didn't realize that my unit did not come with the heated hose. This was an additional expense.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
