I was on the phone with Zachary H. To get help for ordering a new mask. I was unhappy with the choices through my home health service and they did not offer refunds. I have had HORRIBLE, expensive experiences with home health care accessory places recommended by my doctors. They do not explain things well and did not inform me of what I was being charged for.
